., 3. Law No. 1 of 1980 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 1980/1981 (State Gazette 1980 Number 14, Additional Gazette number 3159);
., 4. Law No. 3 of 1981 on Additional and Changes to the State Budget and Shopping Budget of the Budget Year 1980/1981 (State Gazette 1981 Number 24, Additional Gazette number 3196);

.,, SET: LEGISLATION ON THE CALCULATION OF THE STATE BUDGET YEAR 1980/1981.
Section 1
.,, (1) The acceptance of the Nepra in the Budget Year 1980/1981 was as large as Rp11.053,908,041.462, 44 (eleven trillions of fifty-three billion nine hundred and forty-one thousand four hundred sixty-four perhundred rupiah).
., (2) The State Spending in the Budget Year 1980/1981 is as large as Rp11.000.093,448,274, 29 (eleven trillions ninety-three million four hundred and forty-eight thousand two hundred and seventy-nine a hundred rupiah).
., (3) The remainder more calculated the Budget Year 1980/1981 was the size of Rp53,814.593.188, 15 (fifty-three billion eight million five million five hundred ninety-three thousand one hundred and eighty-five-fifths of the rupiah).
Section 2
This Act goes into effect on the promulgable date.

UMUM
.,, the State Budget Calculations of 1980/1981 were submitted by the Government to the People's Representative Council to fulfill the obligation to hold calculations and accountability on the implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Year's Budget. Budget 1980/1981. This is in view of Article 23 of the paragraph (5) of the Basic Law of 1945, which is disputed in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) of the Act No. 1 of 1980 on the State Budget and Shopping of the State of the Budget of 1980/1981. It is clear that the State Budget Calculation Act is a statement from a fact about the implementation of the State Budget and Shopping Budget.
