Back of the INDONESIAN PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NUMBER 37 of 1984 on CHANGES in TOLL TARIFF TOLL and SUBSCRIPTIONS in the KAPUAS RIVER TOLL BRIDGE, PONTIANAK, TOLL BRIDGE RIVER OLD TELLO, UJUNG PANDANG TOLL HIGHWAYS, WONOKROMO, SURABAYA, and HIGHWAY SRONDOL-JATINGALEH, PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to increase the participation of the community in the development of the motorway network in accordance with their ability, viewed the need to change the magnitude of toll tariff toll and subscriptions on some toll bridge , toll highways, and highways.
Remember: 1.  Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of 1945;
2. Act No. 13 of 1980 on the road (State Gazette Number 83 in 1980, State Gazette Supplementary Number 3186);
3. Government Regulation No. 4 of 1978 on the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia in the company (PERSERO) for the management, maintenance and procurement of toll road network, as well as the provisions of Pengusahaannya (State Gazette No. 4 of 1978);
4. Presidential Decree Number 29 in 1983 on the determination of magnitude of Toll Money on toll roads and Toll Bridges;
5. Presidential Decree Number 42 in 1983 about the determination of the type of motor vehicle and the magnitude of the Toll Highway to lever Srondol-Jatingaleh as part of the Semarang toll road north of the South;
6. Presidential Decree No. 8 of 1984 concerning the determination of the magnitude of the Subscription Tolls for the use of toll bridge the Kapuas River and Porcupine River Toll Bridge, Toll Highways, Pontianak Wonokromo, Surabaya Toll Bridge, Old Tello, Ujung Pandang toll road, and Srondol-Jatingaleh, Semarang.
Decide: define: the DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA ABOUT the CHANGE of TOLL TARIFF TOLL and SUBSCRIPTIONS in the KAPUAS RIVER TOLL BRIDGE, PONTIANAK, TOLL BRIDGE RIVER OLD TELLO, UJUNG PANDANG TOLL HIGHWAYS, WONOKROMO, SURABAYA and SEMARANG TOLL ROAD SRONDOLJATINGALEH, first: the magnitude of the toll tariff toll and subscriptions in the Kapuas River toll bridge, Pontianak, toll bridge River Old Tello, Ujung Pandang, Surabaya Wonokromo Toll Highways , and Srondol-Jatingaleh toll road, Semarang, entirely changed so that it becomes as contained in the annex to the decision of the President.

Second: with the introduction of this Presidential Decision, was no longer valid: 1. Provisions regarding the price of the tolls as stated on order Number III, IV, and VI in the annex to the decision of the President of the Number 29 in 1983;
2. The provisions regarding the toll tariff toll road to Srondol-Jatingaleh, Semarang, as laid out in the dictum of the SECOND Presidential Decree Number 42 in 1983;
3. Provisions regarding the magnitude of toll subscriptions to toll bridge the Kapuas River Toll Bridge that consists of the Kapuas River is small River toll bridge and Porcupine, Pontianak, Wonokro mo Toll Highways, Bridges Old Tello, Ujung Pandang toll road, and Srondol-Jatingaleh, Semarang, as laid out in the dictum of the SECOND to SIXTH with Presidential Decree No. 8 of 1984.

Third: further implementation of the presidential decree is regulated by the Minister of public works.

FOURTH: this presidential decree took effect on the date set.
