THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION NUMBER 65, 1972
AS HAS BEEN AMENDED WITH THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION NUMBER 21
1975 AND THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION NUMBER 35 IN 1979
ABOUT THE HONORARIUM FOR KETUA/VICE CHAIRMAN, THE SECRETARY OF THE /REPRESENTATIVE
SECRETARY, MEMBER AND TENAGA/EXPERT ADVISOR OF THE DEWAN/
SUB COUNCIL, COMMITTEE, TEAM TEAM AND/OR COORDINATION BODY
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that the number of honorarium/money services listed in Presidential Decree Number 65 of 1972 as amended and the last plus by Presidential Decree Number 35 Year 1979, is no longer in compliance with the circumstances, then are viewed as necessary to hold changes about the honorarium/money of such services;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree No. 65 Year 1972 jis Decision President RI Number 21 Year 1975 and Presidential Decree No. 35 Year 1979.
DECIDED:
Establishing: the decision of the president of the Republic of Indonesia on the changes to the decision of the president of the Republic of 65 in 1972, as amended by the decree of the president number 21 of 1975, and the decision of the president at 35 in 1979, on the Honorarium. VICE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY/DEPUTY SECRETARY, MEMBER AND EXPERT/EXPERT ADVISOR ON THE DEWAN/SUB COUNCIL, COMMITTEE, TEAM OF AGENCIES AND/OR COORDINATION BODY.
Section 1
1. Changing the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article 2 of the Presidential Decree No. 65 of 1972 as amended and the last addition to the Presidential Decree Number 35 of 1979 so that it reads as follows:
" (2) The honorarium/service money of each month, unless specified in particular, is set as follows:
1. Chairman/Vice Chairman of Rp.100,000,-(hundred thousand rupiah);
2. Secretary/Deputy Secretary of Rp.75,000,-(seventy-five thousand rupiah);
3. Member/Advisor Rp.75,000,-(seventy-five thousand rupiah) ".
2. Changing the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 4 of Presidential Decree Number 65 of 1972 as amended and the last plus with Presidential Decree Number 35 of 1979 so it reads as follows:
" (1) When on the Council/Sub Council, the Committee, Team and or the Coordination Board there are the Secretariat, then the members are granted the honorarium/each Rp.20,000,-(twenty thousand rupiah) and as many as Rp.25000,- (duapuluhlima rupiah) a month depending on the degree of its echelons ".
Section II
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
