TOLL SUBSCRIPTION MAGNITUDE
FOR THE USE OF THE KAPUAS RIVER TOLL BRIDGE
AND THE TOLL BRIDGE OF THE PONTIANAK LANDAK RIVER, THE TOLL HIGHWAY
WONOKROMO, SURABAYA, THE OLD TELLO RIVER TOLL BRIDGE,
VIEW TIP, AND SRONDOL-JATINGALEH EXPRESSWAY, SEMARANG

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that to further streamline traffic through the toll bridges and highways in Pontianak, Surabaya, Ujung Pandang, and Semarang, it is seen to provide toll on tolls to toll bridge and toll roads. It's in the form of a toll

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 13 of 1980 on the Street (State Sheet of 1980 Number 83, Additional Gazette State Number 3186);
3. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 1978 on the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia in the Establishment of a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) in the area of Management, Maintenance and Procurement of the Expressway Network, as well as the provisions of its efforts (State Sheet of 1978 Number 4);
4. Presidential Decree No. 39 of 1981 on the Penetration of the Type of Motor Vehicles and Highlight Expressway for the Old Tello River Toll Bridge, Ujung Pandang;
5. Presidential Decree No. 56 of 1981 on the designation of the Type of Motor Vehicles and Highlight Toll for the Layang Wonokromo Road Surabaya;
6. Presidential Decree No. 57 of 1981 on the designation of the type of Motor Vehicles and Highlight Expressway for the Kapuas River toll bridge, Pontianak;
7. Presidential Decree Number 29 of 1983 on the Determination Of The Toll Of Tolls on the Expressway and the Toll Bridge;
8. Presidential Decree No. 42 of 1983 on the Decree of the Type of Motor Vehicles and the Besks of the Toll for the Srondol-Jatingaleh Expressway as part of the North-South Semarang Expressway.

DECIDED:

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOLL SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE USE OF THE KAPUAS RIVER TOLL BRIDGE AND THE LANDAK RIVER TOLL BRIDGE, PONTIANAK, WONOKROMO TOLL ROAD, SURABAYA, THE OLD TELLO RIVER TOLL BRIDGE, TIP OF VIEW, AND TOLL ROAD SRONDOL-JATINGALEH, SEMARANG.

FIRST:
The wearer of a motorized vehicle that goes through the Kapuas River Toll Bridge and Landak River Toll Bridge, Pontianak, Jalan Layang Expressway Wonokromo, Surabaya, Old Tello River Toll Bridge, Ujung Pandang, and Srondol-Jatingaleh Highway, Semarang to go from a residence to a workplace or school and vice versa repeatedly and regularly on any work day or school, can subscribe to the tolls and for that given the waiver of payment.

BOTH:
The magnitude of payment for toll subscriptions for each of the Kapuas River Toll Bridge and the Landak River Toll Bridge, Pontianak, is determined as follows:
a.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 2 (two) is 50% (fifty percent) of the toll the toll is supposed to be paid in the working days or schools;
B.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 3 (three) or 4 (four) with weight up to 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% of the toll the toll should be paid in the working days or schools;
The c.s for a motor vehicle with wheels 4 (four) or more weighing more than 2.5 (two and a half) tons are 30% of the toll the toll should be paid on working days or schools;

THIRD:
The magnitude of the payment for a toll subscription for the Wonokromo Expressway, Surabaya, is determined as follows:
a.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 2 (two) is 50% (fifty percent) of the toll the toll is supposed to be paid in the working days or schools;
B.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 3 (three) or wheels 4 (four) with weight up to 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% (50 percent) of the magnitude of the toll that should be paid in the working days or schools;
c. for motor vehicles with wheels 4 (four) or more, weighing more than 2.5 (two and a half) tons are 40% (empates per cent) of the toll tolls that are supposed to be paid on working days or schools.

FOURTH:
The magnitude of payment for toll subscriptions for the Old Tello River Toll Bridge, Ujung Pandang, is determined as follows:
a.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 2 (two) is 50% (fifty percent) of the toll the toll is supposed to be paid in the working days or schools;
B.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 3 (three) or wheels 4 (four) with weight up to 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% (fifty percent) of the toll the toll should be paid on weekdays or schools;
c. for motor vehicles with wheels 4 (four) or more, weighing more than 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% (fifty percent) of the toll tolls that are supposed to be paid on working days or schools.

KELIMA:
The magnitude of the payment for the toll subscriptions for the Srondol-Jatingaleh Expressway, Semarang, is determined as follows:
a.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 3 (three) or wheels 4 (four) with weight up to 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% (50 percent) of the magnitude of the toll that should be paid in the working days or schools;
B.   for a motor vehicle with wheels 4 (four) or more, weighing more than 2.5 (two and a half) tons is 50% (50 percent) of the magnitude of the tolls that are supposed to be paid in the working days or schools.

SIXTH:
The magnitude of the nominal price of a toll subscription for the use of the Toll Bridge and the Toll Road in the second ditum until the KELIMA diktum is rounded up to tens of rupiah;

SEVENTH:
The further implementation of this Presidential Decree is governed by the Minister of Public Works.

EIGHTH:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
