ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PROBLEM SOLVING COMMITTEE
THE BORDER REGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA WITH PAPUA NEW GUINEA
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order for the establishment of the execution of the task and in connection with the creation of the IV Development Cabinet, it is necessary to make an adjustment to the organizational arrangement of the Organization of the Settlement Committee on the Republic of the Border Indonesia with Papua New Guinea as set out under Article 3 of Presidential Decree No. 2 of 1982;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CHANGE OF THE PRESIDENT ' S 1982 PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT COMMITTEE ON THE ISSUE OF THE BORDERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA WITH PAPUA NEW GUINEA
Article I
Changing the provisions of Article 3 of the Presidential Decree No. 2 of 1982 on the Establishment of the Settlement Panitia Settlement of the Border Problems of the Republic of Indonesia with Papua New Guinea, so that it sounds as follows:
" Section 3
(1) The organizational arrangement of the Committee consists of:
1. Minister of the Interior as Chairman, multiple members;
2. Security Defence Minister as Chairman I, multiple members;
3. The Foreign Minister as Chairman II, multiple members;
4. An Eselon official I diingkung an Interior Department appointed by the Minister of the Interior, as the Secretary of the Interior, as the Secretary of State (s).
5. An Eselon official I diingkung an Department of Defense Security appointed by the Minister of Defense and Security, as the Deputy Secretary of the members;
6. All Eselon I officials in the environment of the Forest Department appointed by the Minister of Forestry, as members;
7. A high officer in the Armed Forces environment of the Republic of Indonesia appointed by the Commander of the Armed Forces, as a member;
8. An officer of Eselon I diingkung an Department of Justice appointed by the Minister of Justice, as a member;
9. An Eselon official I diingkung an Department of Public Works appointed by the Minister of Public Works, as a member;
10. An Eselon I official in the environment of the Department of Transportation appointed by the Minister of Transportation, as a member;
11. An Eselon I official in the environment of the Department of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications appointed by the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications, as a member;
12. An Eselon I official in the environment of the Department of Agriculture appointed by the Minister of Agriculture, as a member;
13. Governor of the Regional Head of the Irian Jaya Region, as a member;
14. Commander-in-Chief of the XVII/Cenderawasih Military Region, as a member;
(2). In the conduct of his duties, the Minister of the Interior, as Chairman of the Committee, may invite and include officials from the Department or other agencies in accordance with the need for the resolution of the problems encountered.
(3). To streamline the implementation of the committee's duties, the Minister of the Interior formed the Secretariat of the Committee. "
Article II
The President ' s decision comes into effect on the set date.
