PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that honorary allowance to the former Member of the Central Indonesian National Committee as referred to in Government Regulation Number 10 of the Year of 1980 is viewed as unsuitable for the development of the state, and therefore necessary. edited;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

Government Regulation Number 10 of 1980 of Granting Honorary Improvements To Former Indonesian National Committee Member of Central Indonesia and Widows/Dudanya (State Sheet of 1980 Number 17);
DECIDED:
Establishing: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 10 OF 1980 ON GRANTING HONORARY BENEFITS TO THE FORMER MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL INDONESIAN NATIONAL COMMITTEE AND JANDA/ DUDANYA.
Section 1
Amend the provisions of Section 1 and Section 3 of the paragraph (1), and add to the new section after Article 5, be Article 6 of the Government Regulation No. 10 of 1980 so that the following reads as follows:
a. " section 1
The former member of the Central Indonesian National Committee is given an honorary benefit of Rp. 150,000,-(one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) a month ".
b. " Article 3
(1) When the former member of the Central Indonesian National Committee passes away to the widow/her widower is granted a kehor-matan allowance of Rp. 90,000,-(ninety thousand rupiah) a month ".
c. " Section 6
The adjustment of the honorary allowance as referred to in Article 1 and Section 3 of the paragraph (1) is set with the Decree of the Head of the State Administrative Board of Personnel ".
d. Article 6 and Section 7 to Section 7 and Section 8.

This Government Regulation came into effect on the non-gal April 1, 1985.
