ABOUT
THE PRINCIPAL PENSION DESIGNATION OF THE FORMER STATE AND JANDA/DUDANYA OFFICIAL
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. Since the 1985 april, there is a difference in the principal pension between the State Officials, which has been retired since April 1985 and retired earlier;
B. that being connected to it, is seen needing to reestablish a principal pension for the former State Official who was penalized before April 1985;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

DECIDED:
Establish: REGULATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE TERMINATION OF THE PRINCIPAL PENSION OF FORMER STATE AND JANDA/ DUDANYA OFFICIALS.
Section 1
In Regulation of this Government referred to the former State Official is:
a. former Republic of Indonesia ' s State Minister;
B. Former Chairman, former Vice Chairman, and former Member of the House of Representatives, Supreme Advisory Council, Financial Examiner Board, including the former Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Working Body of the National Committee of Indonesia Central, and the Financial Supervising Board;
c. former Chairman, former Vice Chairman, former Young Chairman, and former Supreme Court Justice;
D. Former Head of Regional I, former Deputy Head of Area I, former Head of Regional Grade II, and former Vice-Head of Regional Grade II.
Section 2
(1) The retirement of the former Minister of State of the Republic of Indonesia which is stopped with respect from office, is the principal salary as referred to in Article 2 of the Government Regulation No. 9 of 1985 (State Sheet of 1985 Number 15).
(2) The base retirees for:
a. Former Chairman, former Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives, Supreme Advisory Council, Financial Examiner, and the Supreme Court, including the former Chairman and former Deputy Chairman of the Working Body of the National Committee of the Central Indonesia National Committee and the Financial Supervising Board.
B. Former Vice Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly who did not have the Vice Chairman of the House of Representatives;
c. former Supreme Court Chief Justice;
D. Former Member of the House of Representatives, the Supreme Advisory Council, and the Financial Examiner Board, including the former member of the Central Indonesian National Committee Workers ' Board and the Financial Supervising Board.
e. the former Supreme Court Justice; who quit with respect from his post, is the principal salary as referred to in Article 1 of the Government Regulation No. 10 of 1985 (State Sheet of 1985 Number 16).
(3) The retirement base for the former Head of Level I, the former Deputy Head of Level I, the former Head of the Level II Region, and the former Deputy Head of the Grade II Region, who quit with respect from his post, is the principal salary as contemplated in Article 1 of the Government Regulation No. 12 Year 1985 (State Sheet of 1985 No. 18).
Section 3
The basis of retirement for the widow/duda or child of a former State Official who is stopped with respect from her post, is the principal salary as referred to in Article 2.
Section 4
(1) The principal pension for retired State Officials was retired before April 1985, adjusted based on a retirement basis as specified in Article 2.
(2) The retirement of the principal for the widow/duda or the child of a former State Official who stopped with respect from her post before April 1985, adjusted based on the basis of the pension as referred to in Article 3.
Section 5
The principal pension as referred to in Article 2, Section 3, and Article 4, is rounded up so that it becomes hundreds of rupiah.
Section 6
The underlying pension adjustment for the former State Official as well as a widow/duda or child as referred to in Article 4, is set with the decision of the Head of the State Board of Personnel Administration.
Section 7
Above the principal pension, to the former State Official as well as a widow/widower or her child is given a food allowance and other benefits that apply to retired civil servants.
Section 8
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are established by the Minister of Finance and the Head of the State Administration Board both collectively and individually according to their respective fields of duty.
Section 9
This Government Regulation came into force on 1 April 1985.
