THE PROVISION AND UTILIZATION OF ELECTRIC POWER

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Ordinance referred to by the Willingness, Electric Power, Power Supply, Power of Power, Power Effort, Pericagalism, and Minister is the way it is. Law No. 15 Year 1985.

Section 6

Section 9
The Educational Effort permit to conduct the activities of providing electricity for its own benefit is given by the nature of its use:

B. backup use;
c. emergency use;
D. temporary use.

Section 10
The Minister defines the area of the Business Permit Permit for the provision of electricity for the general interest as referred to in Article 8.

Section 11
The cooperative or private sector that obtained the Educational Enterprise Permit to undertake an effort to provision electricity for the general interest may perform cooperation with other business entities after obtaining the Minister's approval.

Section 12

The Terms Of Provisioning

Section 14
The provision of electricity must be done with regard to:

Section 15

Section 16

ELECTRIC POWER UTILIZATION

Section 18
(1) The Minister sets the priority of the utilization of electricity power.

Section 19
Utilization of electrical power that deviates from priority as referred to in Article 18 should get the Minister ' s approval.

Section 20
(1) The electrical power recharge is only done according to its tail.

Section 25

The Minister conducts coaching on the efforts of providing electric power.

Section 34

Section 38
By the enactment of this Government Regulation, the regulation of implementation in the field of composure, which has been issued under Government Regulation No. 36 of 1979 on Electrical Entrepreneurship, remains in effect as long as it does not contradictory to the current government. This Government ' s regulation or has not been replaced or amended under this Government Regulation.

BAB IX
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 39
Upon the start of this Government Regulation, the Government Regulation No. 36 of 1979 on the Electrical Enterprise was declared not valid.

Section 40
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
