.,, weighed: a. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. PELNI in the framework of pioneering cruise services, seen as necessary to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. PELNI;

BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. PELNI that was established with Government Regulation No. 9 of 1973.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 comes from the separation of part of the country's wealth in the Directorate General of the Sea of Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation of 14 (fourteen) of the fruit A pioneering ship as set forth in this Government Regulation Attachment.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS

The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The PELNI as referred to in Article 1 is conducted according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended, last with Law No. 4 of 1971, with regard to the The provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions required for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Transportation and the Minister of Finance, both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
