THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE GENERAL CORPORATE CAPITAL (PERUM) OF THE POST AND THE GIRO
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further enhance and develop the business activities of the General Company (PERUM) Post and the Giro, it is necessary to add the inclusion of State capital into the General Corporate Capital (PERUM) Post and the Giro;
., b. that the wealth of the State is the building and its land, and its supporting facilities that are currently used by the General Company (PERUM) The Post and the Giro can be set to be added to the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into its capital. DECIDED:
.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE CAPITAL OF THE GENERAL ENTERPRISE (PERUM) OF THE POST AND THE GIRO.
Section 1
The wealth of the State is the building and its land, motor vehicles, and other means as set forth in this Government Regulation Attachment for which the funds come from the Department of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications until the 31st. December 1987 which is currently used by the General Company (PERUM) Post and Giro is diverted and is set to be an additional inclusion of State capital into the General Corporate Capital (PERUM) Post and Giro.
Section 2
The value of the State's wealth as referred to in Article 1 of Rp65.202,274,906, 71 (Sixty-five billion two hundred two million two hundred and seventy-five thousand nine hundred and six rupiah is seventy-one cents).
Section 3
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Government Regulation governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Tourism, Post and Telecommunications both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 4
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
