PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that based on the results of the research on the feasibility of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The work of Mina, which was established with Government Regulation No. 4 of 1972, proved to be untenable for its efforts, so it was deemed necessary to disband the Company (PERSERO);
., b. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Tirta Raya Mina, is seen as necessary to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Tirta Raya Mina;
., c. that the entire wealth of the State embedded in the Company of Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) The PT. The work of Mina may be transferred to the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan. (PERSERO) The PT. Tirta Raya Mina;
., d. that in respect of the above, the dissolution of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The work of Mina and the addition of the inclusion of the Indonesian Repubhk State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Mina Raya tirta needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. MINA 'S WORK AND THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF STATE CAPITAL STEMMING FROM THE COUNTRY' S WEALTH OF LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. MINA ' S WORK INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. -TIRTA RAYA MINA.
Section 1
From the effective date of the rule of this Government, the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Mina ' s work established under Government Regulation No. 4 of 1972 is dissolved.
Section 2
The implementation of liquidation in the framework of the dissolution as referred to in Article 1 is conducted by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Agriculture under the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 3
.,, (1) All the wealth of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The work of Mina as referred to in Article 1 after the liquidation becomes the wealth of the State.
.,, (2) All the country ' s wealth of liquidation of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in paragraph (1), served as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Tirta Raya Mina.
.,, (3) The value of the Country ' s wealth to be made as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Tirta Raya Mina as referred to in verse (2), is set by the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 3 is done according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as well as in the United States. have been changed several times, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 with regard to the provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
The execution of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 is felt with the right of substitution by the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Agriculture in accordance with the provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969.
Section 6
With the liquidation of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The work of Mina, the Government Regulation No. 4 of 1972 was declared not to apply.
Section 7
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Agriculture and the Finance Minister, both jointly and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty.
Section 8
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
