THE NON-DOUBLE THE LEADERSHIP OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in the course of implementation of the provisions of Article 5 of the paragraph (2) and paragraph (4) of the Law Number 12 of 1980 on Financial Rights/Administrative Rights and Member of the State High/High Institution as well as the Former Leadership of the Institution Highest/High State and Former Member of the State High Institution, is seen needing to establish the magnitude of the package money for the Vice Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly who is not arrested as Chairman of the People's Representative Council;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 8 of 1974 on the Poes of Subjects (State Sheet 1974 Number 55, Additional State Sheet Number 3041);
3. Law Number 12 Year 1980 on Financial Rights/Administrative Rights and Members of the Supreme/High Institution of State as well as the Former Chairman of the Supreme/High Institution of State and Former Member of the State High Institution (State Sheet of the Year 1980) Number 71, Additional State Sheet Number 3182);
4. Government Regulation Number 35 Year 1969 on Changes in Gaji/Honorary Gaji/Honorary Money Chair, Vice Chairman and Member of the Highest State Institutions;
DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE MONEY OF THE PACKAGE FOR THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE PEOPLE WHO DID NOT HAVE THE LEADERSHIP OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL.
Section 1
To the Vice Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly, the Speaker of the People's Representative Council is given a package of Rp. 450,000, (four hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) each month.
Section 2
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are set forth by the Minister of Finance.
Section 3
The President ' s decision came into effect on April 1, 1990
