ABOUT
RETAIL PRICES IN PETROLEUM FUELS.
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: 1. that to continue and increase the pace of national development motion, it needs to be taken appropriate steps to further fund the funds that can be provided in the State Revenue and Shopping Budget which is more directual for financing. development;
2. That for that it needs to be held resetting the retail sale prices in the petroleum fuel land;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Act No. 8 of 1971.
DECIDED:
By repeating the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 28 of 1986;
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FOR THE PRICE OF RETAIL IN THE PETROLEUM FUEL COUNTRY.
Section 1
As of May 25, 1990 at 00.00 WIB the price of selling retail in the petroleum economy of every litre, including the Value Added Tax (PPN) of 10% (ten percent), is set to be the following:
a. Avigas Rp. 330, (Three hundred thirty rupiah);
B. Avtur Rp.330, (Three hundred thirty rupiah);
C. Petrol Premium Rp. 450. (Four hundred and fifty rupiah);
D. Kerosene Rp. 190, (Hundred ninety rupiah);
e. Oil Solar Rp. 245, (Two hundred forty rupiah);
f. Oil Diesel Rp. 235, (Two hundred and thirty-five rupiah);
G. Oil of Rp. 220, (Two hundred and twenty rupiah);
Section 2
Exchange the Minister of Mines and Energy to carry out such provisions in Article 1 of this President ' s Decision in an orderly manner.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
