INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
The PT. THE SURABAYA DOCK AND SHIPPING
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Surabaya Dock and Shipping, is seen to add to the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Dock and shipping Surabaya.
., b. that the wealth of the State that comes from local expense funds and foreign aid funds used to finance the Project Board of the Apung 6000 TLC development project could be designated as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the Company ' s share capital Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Dock and shipping Surabaya;
.,, c. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. DOCK AND SHIPPING SURABAYA.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Surabaya Dock and Shipping were established with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1975.
Section 2
., (1) The addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 of the wealth of the State derived from the local expense funds and foreign aid funds used to finance the construction of the TLC 6000 Apung Dock.
.,, (2) The value of adding the inclusion of the State of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The court and shipping of Surabaya as referred to in verse (1) amounted to Rp12.239.478,417.22 (twelve billion two hundred and thirty-nine million four hundred and seventy thousand four hundred and seventeen rupiah).
BAB II
IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Dock and Shipping of Surabaya as referred to in Article 1 is done according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as it has been several times amended, last with Law No. 4 of 1971, with Regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions required for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry, both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
