THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. SURNAMED SERVICES
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Surname, is seen to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO);
., b. that the country's wealth is the value of the Beopposed Expressway-Medan-Tanjung Morawa Highway which at this time is under the management of the Department of Public Works, may be set to be an additional inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the Perseroan Company's capital (PERSERO) The PT. Clan Services;
.,, c. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, needs to be established with the Government Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

. .5. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 1978 on the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia In the Establishment of the Company (PERSERO) in the Field of Management, Maintenance and Absence Of The Toll Network, as well as the provisions of its efforts (Sheet) State of 1978 Number 4);

BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Surnamed Services established under Government Regulation No. 4 of 1978.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of capital of the State of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 comes from the wealth of the State which at this time is under the management of the General Directorate General Bina Marga Public Works Department, which is the value of the Ruas "The Beopponent-Medan-Tanjung Morawa Expressway".
.,, (2) The value of adding the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Clan services as referred to in paragraph (1) are defined by the Minister of Finance based on calculations done with the Department of Public Works and the Department of Finance.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Surnamed Services as referred to in Article 1 are conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as have been several times amended, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 with regard to The provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Public Works, both jointly and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
