Back COUNTRY SHEET Republic of INDONESIA No. 4, 1990KEPUTUSAN the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 3 in 1990 ABOUT the ENDORSEMENT of the AGREEMENT BETWEEN the GOVERNMENT of INDONESIA and the GOVERNMENT of the KINGDOM of MOROCCO, PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that the Trade Agreement can improve, develop and strengthen trade relations between the two countries over the equality and mutual benefit for national development;

b. that in Jakarta, on July 22, 1988 the Government Delegation of the Republic of Indonesia have signed an agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Trade and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, as a result of negotiations between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Delegasidelegasi and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco;

c. that in connection with it, and in accordance with the mandate of the President of the Republic of Indonesia people's representative Council Chairman to Number 2444/HK/1960 on 22 August 1960 is seen necessary to ratify the agreement by decision of the President;


Remember: article 4 paragraph (1) and article 11 of the Constitution Act of 1945;

Decide: define: the DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA on an ENDORSEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN GOVERNMENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA and the GOVERNMENT of the KINGDOM of Morocco.


Article 1 confirms the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Trade and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, signed in Jakarta, on July 22, 1988 as a result of negotiations between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Delegasidelegasi and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, which is a copy of the original texts in the language of Indonesia, Arabic, and English, as attached to this presidential decree.

Article 2 Decision this President comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of Presidential Decree this with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.

Appendix: the DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 3 in 1990 January 11, 1990 AGREEMENT BETWEEN the GOVERNMENT of INDONESIA and the GOVERNMENT of the KINGDOM of MOROCCO, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco in this case referred to as "the parties".

Eager to improve, develop and strengthen trade relations between the two countries on the basis of the principle of equality and mutual benefit, have agreed as follows: article IKedua parties agree to take steps to facilitate, strengthen and menganeka ragamkan of trade between the two countries in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in each country.
Article II 1. Both sides agreed to give each party a treatment no less favorable in trade relations between the two countries, such as those granted to other countries, particularly those related to the provisions and customs regulations, customs and Excise, tax levy and the levy in any type and the regulations governing the import and export of goods and services.

2. The provisions of paragraph (1) of this section do not apply to: (a) benefits, exemptions, and the privileges granted or to be granted by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to the Member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).


(b) Benefits, exemptions and privileges provided by one of the two countries to neighboring countries as well as the benefits and amenities that come from a Customs Union, or an area that take precedence, which is one of the two countries are members or can become a member.

Article III all payments arising from the trade of the two countries will be done in the currency freely interchangeable.

Article IVUntuk objectives the promotion of trade between the two countries trade, the two sides will facilitate any participation and implementation of the Convention by a party in the territory of another State, in accordance with the law, the provisions and regulations in force in each country and within the limits of its competence.

Article V to foster trade relations between the two countries, both sides agreed to: 1. Provide ease for excursions entrepreneurs and trade missions from one country to another.
2. Encourages the holding of trade contracts between State enterprises and private for the sake of the continuation of the construction of trade relations to both parties.

Article VI the parties agree to inform each other regarding the implementation of this agreement and any other matters related to the development of trade, and agreed to establish a joint Trade Committee Indonesia Morocco.

This Committee shall meet at the request of one party in Indonesia or in Morocco.

VIIPersetujuan this article entered into force since the signing of the full and effective after both parties mutually reinforce each other to exchange the notes notice in accordance with the legislation of both parties and is valid for a period of 1 (one) year period of this agreement and if discharged it will automatically apply for a period of one (1) year, unless one of the parties has to notify in writing to the other party of its desire to terminate the present Agreement 90 (ninety) days before the expiry of a period of 1 (one) the following year.
