APPROVAL OF TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND THE ROYAL MOROCCAN GOVERNMENT

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that the Trade Agreement may improve, develop and strengthen trade relations between the two countries over the equation and mutually beneficial for national development;
B. that in Jakarta, on 22 July 1988 the Delegation of the Government of Indonesia had signed a Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, as a result of the negotiations between the Delegationists Governments of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco
c. that in respect of that, and in accordance with the Amanat of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council Number 2826 /HK/1960 dated 22 August 1960 is seen as necessary to pass the agreement with the Presidential Decree;

Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Invite of 1945;

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE PASSAGE OF TRADE AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ROYAL

Section 1

Ratify the Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, which had been signed in Jakarta, on 22 July 1988 as a result of negotiations between the Delegate of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, whose copy of the original manuscripts in Indonesian, Arabic, and Inggeris, as attached to this Presidential Decree.

Section 2

The President ' s decision comes into effect on the promulgated date.

In order for everyone to know, order the invitation of the Presidential Decree with its placement in the Republic of Indonesia State Sheet.
