THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERSEROAN COMPANY (PERSERO) IN THE FIELD OF

STATUS AS A BINDING REGION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to develop and increase the export of goods instead of oil and gas the earth is necessary for adequate means and infrastructure and who may meet the elements of ease in the implementation of the completion of the production process for export purposes;
., b. that in order for certain means and infrastructure to support the business activities that are ready to wear, it needs to be established by the State-owned Enterprise Entity of the Company (PERSERO) in the management of certain industrial areas. given status as a binding region;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMPANY OF PERSEROAN (PERSERO) IN THE AREA OF MANAGEMENT OF CERTAIN INDUSTRIAL AREAS GRANTED THE STATUS AS A BINDING AREA.
BAB I
THE COUNTRY ' S CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia conducts capital inclusion for the establishment of a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) in the area of the Management of Certain Industrial Areas granted the status as a Binding Area.
BAB II
INTENT AND PURPOSE
Section 2
The purpose and purpose of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Section 1 is undertaking the management of certain industrial regions which are given status as a binded region.
BAB III
PERSERO CAPITAL
Section 3
.,, (1) The Modal Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) that was placed and tuned at the time its stance came from the State Budget and Shopping Budget that was set to be by the Minister of Finance.
., (2) other provisions regarding the Perseroan Company ' s (PERSERO) application are set up in its Base Budget including provisions regarding the primary capital of PERSERO divided over the shares in accordance with the provisions of the Government Regulation Number 12 Year 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
.,, (3) The opening Neraca Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) is set by the Minister of Finance.
BAB IV
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERSERO ESTABLISHMENT
Section 4
The implementation of the establishment of the Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 is done according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as it has been several times modified, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
The completion of the establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 4 is felt to the Minister of Finance.
BAB V
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 6
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance with regard to the consideration of the Minister of Industry and Trade Minister.
Section 7
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
