ABOUT
THE DESIGNATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TOLL FARE FOR THE HIGHWAY

Weighing: That connecting with the completion of the construction and ready to operate the operation of the Rawamangun Tanjung Priok toll road which is part of the Tanjung Priok Cawang Expressway, is seen to immediately establish the magnitude of the tolls of tolls. for Tomang-Cawang toll-Tanjung-Priok;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 13 of 1980 on the Road (State Sheet of 1980 Number 83, Extra State Sheet Number 3186);
3. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 1978 on the Inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia in the Establishment of the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) in the Field of Management, Maintenance and Procurement of the Expressway and its efforts (Sheet) Country of 1978 Number 4);
4. Presidential Decree No. 38 Year 1981 on Freeway Assignment and Bridge Being a Toll Road and Toll Bridge;
5. Presidential Decree No. 50 of 1989 on the Determination Of The Cawang Tanjung Priok Highway as toll road and the designation of motor vehicle type, large toll fare for the tomang-cawang-Rawamangun toll road and the subscription of the highway Toll;
DECIDED:
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DESIGNATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF TOLL FARES FOR THE TANJUNG PRIOK TOMANGCAWANG TOLL ROAD.
FIRST: The toll fares for the whole or part of the Tomang-Cawang-Tanjung Priok toll road are as big as:
a. Rp.1,500, (Thousand limaratus Rupiah) for the type of motor vehicle wheeled 4 (four) or more with a weight of 2.5 (two and a half) tons and buses;
B. Rp.2,000, (two thousand rupiah) for a motor vehicle type 4-wheeled vehicle (four) or more weighing more than 2.5 (two and a half) of tons except for buses.
SECOND: The use of vehicles that go through the Tomang-Cawang-Tanjung Priok Expressway can subscribe to the Toll.
Third: The implementation of the provisions regarding the toll subscriptions as referred to in the SECOND dictum are further set up by the Minister of Public Works.
FOURTH: By the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the entire provisions of the third, fourth and fifth of Presidential Decree No. 50 Tahun1989 are declared to be not applicable.
KELIMA: The decision of the President is beginning to apply at the set date.
