BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Act referred to:

Tourism efforts include the provision of planning services, service services, and tourism hosting services.

Section 9
(1) The tourism services business can be a type of effort:

Section 19
Object enterprise and cultural tourist attraction is an attempt to use the nation's cultural arts to be targeted by tourist attractions.

Section 20
Object enterprise and tourist attraction special interest is an effort to use natural resources and cultural potential of the nation to elicits a special interest and interest as a tourist target.

Section 21

CRIMINAL PROVISIONS

Section 35
