.,, weighed: a. that based on the results of the research on the wealth of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper, which was established under Government Regulation No. 2 of 1982, proved to be untenable for its efforts, so it was deemed necessary to dissolve the Perseroan Company (PERSERO).
., b. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Blabak, need to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) which is derived from the wealth of the State of the liquidation of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Cilacap Paper;
., c. that in connection with that, the disbandment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Paper Kraft Cilacap and the addition of the inclusion of State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Blabak, need to be set with Government Regulation;

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. KRAFT CILACAP PAPER AND THE ADDITION OF STATE CAPITAL INCLUSION STEMMING FROM A PORTION OF THE COUNTRY ' S WEALTH LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN CORPORATION (PERSERO) The PT. PAPER KRAFT CILACAP INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. THE BLABAK.
Section 1
From the effective date of the rule of this Government, the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper, which was established under Government Regulation No. 2 of 1981, was dissolved.
Section 2
The implementation of liquidation in the framework of dissolution as referred to in Article 1 is done by the Minister of Finance and Minister of Industry under the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 3
.,, (1) All the wealth of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Kraft Cilacap paper as referred to in Article 1 after liquidation became the wealth of the State.
.,, (2) Most of the country's wealth of liquidation over the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 of the machine and equipment of the workshop is used as the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital Company Company (PERSERO) The PT. Blabak.
.,, (3) The remaining wealth of State of the liquidation of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1, sold and the proceeds of the sale are made available to the State Kas Office as the acceptance of the State.
.,, (4) The value of the Country ' s wealth that will serve as the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Blabak as referred to in verse (2), is set by the Minister of Finance based on calculations jointly conducted by the Department of Industry and the Department of Finance.
Section 4
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State Capital into the Company's stock capital Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (2) is conducted according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) As amended, last with the Law No. 4 of 1971, with regard to the provisions referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by the Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1972.
Section 5
The execution of the provisions as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (2) is felt with the right of substitution by the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Industry in accordance with the provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as has been amended with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 6
With the liquidation of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Cilacap paper, Government Regulation No. 2 of 1982 was declared not valid.
Section 7
The further provisions required for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Industry and the Finance Minister, both jointly and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty.
Section 8
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
