.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. GITA WORKS AND THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF STATE CAPITAL STEMMING FROM THE COUNTRY ' S WEALTH OF LIQUIDATION OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. GITA WORKS INTO THE CAPITAL OF THE GENERAL ENTERPRISE (PERUM) PRINTING STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. PARAMITA ' S RESOLVE.
Section 1
Dated October 4, 1990 Corporate Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Gita Works founded under Government Regulation No. 25 of 1970 is dissolved.
Section 2
The implementation of liquidation in the framework of the dissolution as referred to in Article 1 is jointly conducted by the Minister of Finance and the Information Minister under the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 3
.,, (1) All the wealth of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Gita Works as referred to in Article 1 after the liquidation of the wealth of the State.
.,, (2) All the country ' s wealth of liquidation of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in paragraph (1), served as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the Capital of the General Company (PERUM) of the State of the Republic of Indonesia and into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The name is Paramita.
.,, (3) The value of the Country 's wealth to be made as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the Company' s capital Um um (PERUM) The State Printing of the Republic of Indonesia as referred to in paragraph (2) is set by the Minister of Finance.
.,, (4) The value of the Country ' s wealth served as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The term Paramita as referred to in verse (2) is set at Rp1,370.700,000,-(one billion three hundred and seventy million seven hundred thousand rupiah).
Section 4
Implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The term Paramita as referred to in Article 3 of the verse (3) is conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of the Year 1847Nomor23) as it has been changed several times, last with Law Number 4 of the Year 1971 with Regard to the provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
With the company, the company (PERSERO) The PT. Gita Works, Government Regulation No. 25 of 1970 stated does not apply.
Section 6
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Information Minister and the Finance Minister both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 7
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
