IN THE DISTRICT OF PANGABUAN, THE AREA IS LOCATED, AND
RANTAU RASAU IN THE COUNTY AREA OF THE TANJUNG JABUNG II-LEVEL AREA

.,, weighed: a. that given the growing number of residents and volumes of government and development activities in the Region II Regional District of Batang Hari, Bungo Tebo Level II Regional District, and in Dacrah County Level II Cape Jabung region in Province of the Province of Jambi in order to smooth the task of governance and development and to improve the service of the community, it is necessary to form 9 (nine) Subdistrict, each 3 (three) District in District Level II Batang Hari, 3 (three) Subdistrict in District Tier II area Bungo Tebo, 3 (three) Subdistrict in Tanjung Jabung Point County II County.
., b. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of the Law No. 5 of the Year 1974 on the subject of the Government of the Regions, the formation of the District must be established with the Government Regulation

DECIDED:
., establish: REGULATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF INNER DISTRICT XXIV, MARO BO AND PEMAYUNG IN THE COUNTY DISTRICT II STEM DAY, JUJUHAN DISTRICT, SEBEHEADED AND RIMBO BUJANG DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY AREA RATES II BUNGO TEBO, DISTRICT OF PENGABUAN, POSTUHARA AND RANTAU RASAU IN THE COUNTY AREA II TANJUNG JABUNG AREA WITHIN THE AREA OF THE I JAMBI REGION-LEVEL REGION.

.,, (3) With the form of Rantau Rasau subdistrict, then the District of Nipah Long District is reduced with the District Rantau Rasau District as referred to in verse (1).
Section 11
.,, (1) The Centre of Governing Law of Batin XXIV as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is in the Village of Muara Jangga.
.,, (2) The Maro Sebo Subdistrict Governance Centre as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) is in the Small Jambi Village.
.,, (3) The Centre of Pemayung District Governance as referred to in Article 3 paragraph (1) is in the Village of Bridge Mas.
.,, (4) Jujuhan Subdistrict Governance Centre as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) is in the Village of Rantau Ikil.
(5) The Governing Body of the District of Sebeheaded as referred to in Article 5 of the verse (1) is in the Market Village of Lubuk Landai.
.,, (6) The Centre of District of District Rimbo Bujang as referred to in Article 7 of the verse (1) is in the Dcsa Kelurahan Wirotho Agung.
(7) The Centre of Governing District of Pengabuan as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) is in the Gulf Village of Nilau.
.,, (8) The Governing District Governing Law as referred to in Article 9 of the verse (1) bcrada in the Village of Menating Ilir.
.,, (9) The Centre of Subdistrict of Rantau Rasau as referred to in Article 10 of the verse (1) is in the village of Bandar Jaya.
Section 12
The limits of the subdistrict are referred to in Section 1, Section 2, Section 3 (1), Section 4 of the (1), Section 5 (1), Section 8 (1), Section 8 (1), Section 9 (1), Section 9 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 10 (1), Section 9 is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
Section 13
Exchange, merge, deletion, and change of name and village limits as referred to in Section 1, Section 2, Section 3, Section 4, Section 5 (1), Section 5 (1), Section 5 (1), Section 7 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), Section 9 of the paragraph (1), 10 verses (1), as long as it does not result in changes to the boundaries of the District Area is set by the Governor of the District of Jambi Level 1 in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 14
.,, (1) The provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of the Interior under applicable laws.
.,, (2) Everything with respect to and as a result of the formation of 9 (nine) sub-districts as referred to in this Government Regulation are governed by the Governor of the Regional Chief I Jambi in accordance with the laws and the by taking into account the financial capabilities of the Central Government and/or the Jambi Level I Regional Government.
Section 15
Any provision in the applicable laws regarding the establishment and change of the Subdistrict limits in the Jambi Level I Area Territory which is not in accordance with the provisions in this Government Regulation is declared to be not applicable.
Section 16
This Government Regulation begins to take effect on the date of the promulctest.
