.,, b. that in accordance with the provisions of article 75 of the Act No. 5 of 1974 about the fine points of governance in the region, the establishment of the Sub should be established by regulation of the Government;

., ,2. Act No. 61 in 1958 about the setting of the emergency law number 19 in 1957 on the establishment of Autonomous areas level I West Sumatera, Jambi and Riau (State Gazette Number 75 in 1957), as the law;
., ,3. Act No. 5 of 1974 about the fine points of governance in the area of (State Gazette Number 38 in 1974, an additional State Gazette Number 3037);
DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA on the ESTABLISHMENT of INNER SUB XXIV, MARO SEBO and PEMAYUNG in the REGION of BATANG REGENCIES (KABUPATEN) day, JUJUHAN SUBDISTRICT, TANAH FRAGMENT and RIMBO, BID in the REGION of COUNTIES REGENCIES BUNGO TEBO, PENGABUAN, MENDAHARA and RANTAU RASAU in REGENCY TANJUNG JABUNG REGENCIES in JAMBI PROVINCE level I AREAS.

Article 12 territorial boundaries districts as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1), article 2 paragraph (1), article 3, paragraph (1) of article 4 paragraph (1), article 5 paragraph (1), article 7 paragraph (1), article 8 paragraph (1), article 9 paragraph (1), article 10 paragraph (1), poured in a map that is part an integral part of this Regulation.

Article 13 of the expansion, merger, deletion, and changes to the names and boundaries of the village as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1), article 2 paragraph (1), article 3, paragraph (1) of article 4 paragraph (1), article 5 paragraph (1), article 7 paragraph (1), article 8 paragraph (1), article 9 paragraph (1) and article 10 paragraph (1), as long as it doesn't result in changes to the boundaries of the Districts established by the Governor of Jambi region of level I in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Clause 14.,, (1) the provisions of the implementation of this Regulation is governed by the Minister of the Interior on the basis of the applicable legislation.
.,, (2) everything that pertains to and as a result of the formation of 9 (nine) Sub as stipulated in government regulation is governed by the Governor of Jambi region of level I in accordance with the legislation and taking into account the financial ability of the Central Government and/or local government level I Jambi.
Article 15 Any provision in the regulations governing the establishment and change of boundaries the sub-district in Jambi Region level I which is not in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation are declared inapplicable.

Article 16 this Regulation mulal force on enactment.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
