THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF LANGSA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

That is connected to the development and advancement of the province of the Special Region of Aceh in general and the area of the Eastern Aceh Region District, especially in the district of Langsa District, is seen as necessary to govern the governance of the government. .,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF LANGSA.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. The area is an Autonomous Region as referred to in Article I of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area.
., 2. The administrative region is the region as referred to in Article 1 of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Poes of Government in the Regions.
., 3. The area of Langsa City is the territory referred to in Law No. 7 Drt. In 1956. Decision of the Governor of North Sumatra Regional Number 5/650/OE/49 on 27 January 1949.

BAB II
FORMATION

Section 2
It forms the administrative city of langsa in the area of Eastern Aceh Level II County, the Propinsi of Aceh Special Region.

Section 3
The purpose of the creation of the Langsa Administrative City is to improve the activities of government successfully and berdayaguna as a means for the development of the region, as well as a strong driving force for the increased rate of effort. development.

BAB III
THE POSITION AND FUNCTION

Section 4
.,, (1) The Government of the Langsa Administrative City is below and is responsible to the Government of the Eastern Aceh Regional Regency.
.,, (2) In order to speed up and development of the Langsa Adininistrative City region, if deemed necessary the Governor of the Special Region of Aceh can organise coaching directly against the Lombard Administrative City.

Section 5
The Langsa Administrative Municipal Government organizes functions as follows:
., a., a. enhance and adjust governance with the development of political, economic, social and urban cultural life.
., b. fostering and directing development in accordance with social, economic and urban physical development;
., c. supported and stimulate the reciprocity of the development of the Propinsi region of Aceh Special Region in general and the region of East Aceh Level II Regional Regency in particular.

THE ALIGNMENT OF THE REGION

Section 6
.,, (1) The Territory of the Langsa Administrative Region comes from a portion of Langsa City District which includes 51 (fifty-one) Kelurahan/Village, namely:
., 1. Village Lodge Appearing;
2. The Seulalah Village;
3. Village of Pondok Factory;
4. Sidodadi Village;
5. Sidorejo village;
6. New Village;
7. Baroh Village;
8. Meurandeh Village;
9. Lueng Village;
10. Long Lur Village;
11. Village of Sukorejo;

13. Mature Village Cangai;
14. Hill Village Meutuah;
15. Alur Village Merbau;

BAB V
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Section 8
The organizational structure of the administration of the Langsa Administrative City is further determined by the Minister of the Interior, with regard to the need and conditions as well as the situation of the city concerned after first having written approval from the Ministry of State The minister is responsible for the field of the country's apparatus.

BAB VI
THE FINANCING

Section 9
Financing is required in the framework of the establishment and the coaching of the Administrative City of Langsa and the District of Birem Bayeun as referred to in this Government Regulation charged on the State Budget and Shopping Budget, Revenue Budget and Expenditure of the Aceh Special Area, and the East Aceh Level II Regional Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget, and its implementation are done in stages according to the State's financial capabilities.

BAB VII
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 10
.,, (1) Susunan of the governing body of the District of Langsa district which has been present at the time of the Regulation of this Government is declared to remain in effect until the passing of the Decree of the Minister of the Interior which governs the Pattern of Organization The Government of the Langsa Administrative City.
.,, (2) All Regional Regulations and Decisions Of Head Area II AcehTimur's decisions that apply to the Government of the District of Langsa District before the Government Regulation remain in effect for the Government of the Langsa Administrative Region.
.,, (3) Problems that concern the field of staffing, finance, materiel and others arising as a result of change of status and the extent of the region ' s borders as referred to in this Government Regulation are resolved by the Regent of the Regional Head of the Level II Aceh Timur on behalf of the Governor of the Head of the Special Region of Aceh.

BAB VIII
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 11
.,, (1) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, the District of Langsa City as set in Law Number 7 Drt of the Year 1956jo. The decision of the Governor of North Sumatra No. 5/650/OE/49 on 27 January 1949, was abolished.
., (2) The provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation, set further by the Minister of the Interior under applicable laws.

Section 12
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
