Article 8.,, (1) every resident shall be obliged to realize and maintain harmony, harmony, and balance between the quantity, quality, and its mobility with the environment and pay attention to the ability of the economy to social values, culture, and religion.

CHAPTER VI of the first Part of the PROSPEROUS FAMILY DEVELOPMENT Quality Family Article 15.,, (1) the Government set the wisdom of conducting development of quality family who governed by legislation.

.,, b. maintain a smooth implementation and monitoring in order to make the Organization of family planning and other efforts can realize a prosperous family.
.,, (3) in order to carry out the construction referred to in subsection (1) the Government is obligated to do:.,,.,, a. collection, processing and analysis of informal monitoring efforts to the development of the prosperous family of population and development;
.,, b. estimates from time to time and goal setting efforts of the development of the prosperous family of population and development in national development planning;
.,, c. controlling the impact of development on the development of the prosperous family of population and development, as well as the impact of the development of the prosperous family of population and development to development and the environment;
.,, d. efforts and measures to overcome the problems associated with the development of the prosperous family of population and development.

.,, (4) apart from the activities mentioned in paragraph (3) and Government or society shall be obliged to perform:.,,.,, a. communication, information, and education of the peoples on the development of the prosperous family of population and development;
.,, b. coaching that encourages the smooth execution of the effort the development of population and development of the prosperous family; c. research and development in the field of population and prosperous family;

d. other activities.
.,, (5) the activity referred to in subsection (1), subsection (2), subsection (3), and subsection (4) is set by legislation.
Article 26.,, (1) to enforce the provisions of this Act, the Government took action and measures to encourage development efforts saw the population and development of the prosperous family.
.,, (2) actions and steps the Government mentioned in paragraph (1) are governed by legislation.
Article 27 violation of provisions of this Act are penalized in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

CHAPTER IX PROVISIONS COVER Article 28 at the time of starting the enactment of this Act, all laws and regulations relating to the organizing efforts of the development of the population and development of the prosperous family remain in force throughout does not conflict with this Act.

Article 29 of this Act comes into force on the date of promulgation.
