PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. That given the increasing population and volume of government and development activities in the areas of the districts of Sinjai, Soppeng, Gowa, Maros, and the Regency-Level II Region End of the Province of the Province of Propinsi. The area of South Sulawesi, and in order to streamline the implementation of governmental and development tasks and to improve the service of the community, is seen as necessary to form a new district in the region;

., 3. Law No. 5 Year 1974 On The Points Of Government In The Area (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 3037);

DECIDED:

.,, ESTABLISHING: THE REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF 8 (EIGHT) DISTRICTS IN THE DISTRICT OF KABUPATEN-COUNTY-LEVEL II OF SINJAI, SOPPENG, GOWA, MAROS, AND REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY II POINT OF VIEW IN THE PROVINCE REGION AREA I LEVEL SOUTH SULAWESI.

Section 1
.,, (1) Shaping the District of Feathers Poddo in the region of the Level II Sinjai Area which includes the region:
., a., a. Village of Lamatti Riattang;
B. Village of Lamatti Riaja;
C. Village of Feather Tellue;
D. The village of Duampanuae.
.,, (2) The District of Bulupoddo Subdistrict as referred to in verse (1) was originally part of the North Sinjai District.
.,, (3) With the form of Bulupoddo Subdistrict then the North Sinjai district area is reduced to the area of Bulupoddo District as it is referred to in verse (1).

Section 2
.,, (1) Shaped the Subdistrict of Sinjai Borong in the region of the Level II Sinjai Area which includes the region:
., a., a. Stone Village Bulerang;
B. White Sand Village;
C. Nangka Seed Village;
D. Barverge Village;
e. Village of Bonto Sinata;
f. Kassi Buleng Village;
G. Bonto Katute Village.
(2) The district of Sinjai Borong as referred to in verse (1) was originally a part of the West Sinjai District.
., (3) With the form of Sinjai Borong Subdistrict then the District of West Sinjai district is reduced with the Sinjai Borong district area as it is referred to in verse (1).

Section 3
.,, (1) Shaped Donri-Donri Subdistrict in the area of the Soppeng Level II County District that includes the region:
., a., a. Solie Village;
B. Donri-Donri; Village
C. Village of Lalabata Riaja;
D. Village of Leworeng;
e. Labendorsed Village;
f. Village Often;
G. Pesse Village;
h. Tottong Village;
i. Kessing Village.
., (2) The District of Donri-Donri District as referred to in verse (1) Semula is part of Lalabata District District.
., (3) With the form of Donri-Donri Subdistrict then the district of Lalabata is reduced by the district of Donri-Donri as it is referred to in verse (1).

Section 4
.,, (1) Shaping the Subdistrict of Somba Opu in the region of the Gowa Level II County District which includes the region:

., a., a. Parts of the Tamalete Subdistrict which are the rest of the Regional Area II region development End of the Pandang End include:

2. Katnumeral Kelurahan;

., (2) The District of Northern Maros as referred to in verse (1) was originally part of the territory of the New Maros District.
., (3) With the form of North Maros Subdistrict then the territory of the New Maros Subdistrict is reduced to the North Maros district as it is referred to in verse (1).

Section 6
.,, (1) Shaping the District of Mallawa in the Region II Maros County District which includes the region:
., a., a. Village of Padaelo;
B. Village Tellumpanuae;
C. White Stone Village;
D. Wanua Waru Village;
e. Village Fortress;
f. The village of Samaenre.
(2) The Secamtan region of Mallawa as referred to in verse (1) was originally part of the territory of Camba District.

.,, (1) Shaping the District of Tanralili in the region of the Regency Region Level II Maros which includes the region:

C. Kurusamange Village;
D. Village of Lekopancing;

f. Village of the Elephant Fortress.
(2) the Tanralili Subdistrict as it is mentioned in verse (1) was originally part of the Mandai District.
(3) With the form of Tanralili, the district of Mandai is reduced to the district of Tanralili as referred to in verse (1).

Section 8
.,, (1) Shaping Biringkanaya sub-district in the area of Level II Regional Municipalities of Ujung Pandang covering the region:
., a., a. Power solubility;
B. Sudiang solubility;
C. Bira completeness;
D. Tamalanrea's solubility;
e. Pelrokeng.

(4) The (4) Subdistrict of the Somba Opu District as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) is in the Sungguminescent Kelurahan.
.,, (5) The North Maros District Government Centre as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1) is in Tunikamaseang Village.
(6) The (6) Mallawa District Governance Centre as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1) is in the village of Padaelo.
.,, (7) the Tanralili Subdistrict Government Centre as referred to in Article 7 of the verse (1) is in Allaere Village.
.,, (8) The Centre of Biringkanaya Subdistrict Governance as referred to in Article 8 of the paragraph (1) is in the Power Kelurahan.

Section 10
The limits of the subdistrict are referred to in Section 1, Section 2, Section 3 (1), Section 4 of the paragraph (1), Section 5 of the paragraph (1), Section 6 of the paragraph (1), Section 7 of the paragraph (1), and Section 8 of the paragraph (1), and Section 8 (1), and Section 8 of the (1) paragraph, which is part of the section. inseparable from this Government Regulation.

Section 11
The breakdown, unification, removal, and change of names and limits/villages in sub-districts defined under this Government's Regulation as long as it does not result in changes in the boundaries of the district, are governed by the rules of the laws of the country. The area is according to the guidelines set by the Minister of the Interior.

Section 12
.,, (1) The provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of the Interior pursuant to the applicable laws.
.,, (2) Everything with respect to and as a result of the creation of 8 (eight) districts as referred to in this Government Regulation are governed by the Governor of the Head of the South Sulawesi region in accordance with the regulations The laws, and by taking into account the financial capabilities of the Central Government and/or the South Sulawesi Regional Government.

Section 13
Any provision in the laws governing the establishment and change of sub-district limits in the region of South Sulawesi Region I do not comply with the provisions of this Government Regulation, expressed does not apply.

Section 14
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
