I BECAME A PERSEROAN COMPANY (PERSERO)

.,, weighed: a. that in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the effort, then the General Company (PERUM) Space Pura I was established with Government Regulation No. 3 of 1985 as amended by Government Regulation Number 25 Year 1986 Meet the requirements to be redirected into a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Law Number 9 of the Year 1969;
., b. that in connection with this, the diversion of the General Company (PERUM) of the Pura I Space becomes a Perseroan Company (PERSERO), needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DIVERSION OF THE FORM OF A COMMON COMPANY (PERUM) SPACE PURA I BECAME A COMPANY OF PERSEROAN (PERSERO).
BAB I
DIVERSION OF FORM AND DISSOLUTION
Section 1
.,, (1) The General Company (PERUM) Space Pura I established with Government Regulation No. 3 of 1985 as amended with Government Regulation No. 25 Year 1986 transferred its form into a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as Referred to in Law Number 9 of 1969.
.,, (2) With the passage of the form of the General Company (PERUM) Space Pura I became a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in paragraph (1), the General Company (PERUM) of space Pura I was declared disbanding at the time of the founding of the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) provided that all rights and obligations, wealth and employees of the General Company (PERUM) of the space of Pura I at the time of its dissolution shifted to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) in question.

INTENT AND PURPOSE
Section 2
.,, (1) The intent and purpose of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Section 1 is for the upgrade:

B. the planning, development and maintenance of the airport;
.,, (2) To achieve the intent and purpose as referred to in paragraph (1) the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) performs activities:

., a., a. the provision of the provision, enterprise and development of the airport services for passenger transport, post, goods, animals and plants;
B. Other businesses that can support the company's objectives.
BAB III
PERSERO CAPITAL
Section 3
.,, (1) The Modal Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 of which was placed and tuned at the time its founding came from the wealth of the State embedded in the General Company (PERUM) of the Pura I.
.,, (2) The value of the Country ' s wealth as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Finance based on the results of a joint calculation by the Department of Finance and the Department of Transportation.
., (3) other provisions of the Perseroan Company ' s (PERSERO) application are set up in its Basic Budget, including the provisions regarding the base capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) which is divided over the shares in accordance with the provisions of the Referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 Year 1972 (4) Neraca The opening of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) is set forth by the Minister of Finance.
BAB IV
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERSERO ESTABLISHMENT
Section 4
The implementation of the establishment of the Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 is conducted according to the statutes of the Law of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as it has been several times amended, last with the Act of Law. Number 4 of 1971 with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
.,, (1) The completion of the establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 4 is felt to the Minister of Finance.
.,, (2) the Finance Minister may submit the power as referred to in paragraph (1) with the accompanying substitution right to the Minister of Transportation provided that the Basic Budget Plan of the Company (PERSERO) must be granted consent. First from the Minister of Finance.
BAB V
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 6
Since the establishment of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) and the creation of the General Company (PERUM) Angkasa Pura I, Government Regulation No. 3 of 1985 as amended by Government Regulation No. 25 Year 1986 was declared not to be applies.
Section 7
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transportation both jointly and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty.
Section 8
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
