BUDGET 1994/95 TO THE BUDGET YEAR 1995/96

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that in the implementation of the Budget Shopping Budget Year 1994/95 as a reference to the Act No. 1 of 1994 on Budget and State Shopping 1994/95 Budget, at the end of March 1995 it was found the rest of the budget credits on certain projects;
., b. that under the terms of Article 9 paragraph (1) of the Law No. 1 Act 1994 on the State Budget and Shopping Budget 1994/95 and Section 5 of the paragraph (1) of the Law No. 4 Year 1995 on Additional and Change of the Revenue Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 1994/95, the rest of the budget credits that are still required to complete those projects can be moved to the Budget Year 1995/96;

DECIDED:

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE TRANSFER OF THE REMAINDER OF THE BUDGET YEAR DEVELOPMENT BUDGET 1994/95 TO THE BUDGET YEAR 1995/96.

Section 1
.,, (1) The remainder of the project budget credit on the 1994/95 Budget Year Budget that existed at the end of the Budget Year 1994/95 and is still required for a project completion of Rp25.621.766.000.00 (twenty-five billion six hundred twenty-two) A million-hundred and sixty-six thousand rupiah was transferred to the 1995/96 Budget Year.
.,, (2) the remaining details of the budget credit are contained in Appendix A (according to sector/sub sector) and Appendix B (according to the Department/Institute and Regulation Project of this Government.
.,, (3) The beauty of the remainder of the budget credits as referred to in verse (1) is contained in the State Budget and Budget Year 1995/96 Budget as specified in Law No. 2 of 1995.

The remainder of the project's budget credits transferred to the Budget Year 1995/96 as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is curated from the budget credits of each project as specified in the Law No. 1 of 1994.

This Government's regulation came into effect on an promulgated date and has receded power from 1 April 1995.

UMUM

.,, the implementation of the first year of Pelita VI, which is the 1994/95 Budget Year still as the previous years require adjustments due to the work plans that have been established in the DIP (Project Isian List) each project has not been able to was completed entirely at the end of the 1994/95 Budget Year.
.,, Guna guarantees continuity of development, then in terms of Article 9 paragraph (1) Act No. 1 of 1994 on the Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 1994/95 and Article 5 of the paragraph (1) Act No. 4 of 1995 about the Additional and Changes to the State Budget and State Shopping 1994/95 Budget Year specified that the remainder of the budget credits of the projects in the Budget Year Budget of 1994/95 are present at the end of the Budget Year 1995/96 or The second year of Pelita VI, whose rule is set with Government Regulation.
.,, the remainder of the transferred project budget credits must be accommodated in the State Budget and Budget of the 1995/96 Budget Year as specified in Law No. 2 of 1995. In that time the remainder of the budget credits transferred to the 1995/96 Budget Year must be deduted from the budget credit of each project on the Budget Year Development Budget of 1994/95.

Section 1
.,, the budget Credit provided in the DIP (The Project Isian List) is the maximum financing limit for project financing purposes.
However, in the implementation of the DIP until the end of the year the budget is concerned not always the budget credit is used out, but there are remaining budget credits that are still required for the completion of the project and there is residual credit. The budget is not required anymore because the projeck goal has been reached.
The remaining budget credits were transferred to the Budget Year 1995/96 and became part of the State Budget and Shopping Budget 1995/96, as defined in Law No. 2 of 1995.
