.,, b. that based on the provisions of article 9 paragraph (1) of Act No. 1 of 1994 about the budget of the State Expenditures and Revenues in 1994/95 and article 5 paragraph (1) of Act No. 4 of 1995 about the enhancements and changes to the Budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1994/95, the remaining credit budget is still required to complete the projects can be moved to fiscal year 1995/96;

DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA CONCERNING the TRANSFER of the REMAINING CREDIT DEVELOPMENT BUDGET FISCAL YEAR 1994/95 to 1995/96 FISCAL YEAR.
Section 1.,, (1) remaining credit project budgets on a development budget fiscal year 1994/95 there were at the end of the fiscal year 1994/95 and was still needed for the completion of the project amounting to Rp 25.621.766.000 RP (twenty five billion six hundred twenty million seven hundred sixty-six thousand rupiah) transferred to fiscal year 1995/96.
.,, (2) the details of the rest of the budget credits contained in Appendix A (according to the sectors/sub sectors) and Appendix B (by Department/Agency and Government regulations.
.,, (3) the transfer of the remaining credit sebagaimna budget referred to in paragraph (1) be accommodated within the budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1995/96 as set forth in Act No. 2 of 1995.
Article 2 of the remaining credits are transferred to the project budget fiscal year 1995/96 as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1) the credit deducted from the budget of each project as already set out in Act No. 1 of 1994.

Article 3 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation and has the power of practice subsided since April 1, 1995.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.

The first year of Implementation, the Pelita VI, i.e. the 1994/95 fiscal year still as previous years require adjustment due to a work plan has been set in the DIP (Project Fields List) each project has yet to be resolved entirely at the end of the fiscal year 1994/95.
.,, In order to guarantee the continuity of the implementation of development, in terms of article 9 paragraph (1) of Act No. 1 of 1994 about the budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1994/95 and article 5 paragraph (1) of Act No. 4 of 1995 about the enhancements and changes to the Budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1994/95 established that the residual credit budget projects at the development budget fiscal year 1994/95 there were at the end of the fiscal year 1995/96 or the second year of the Pelita VI , the settings defined by government regulations.
