., c., that the reliability of the installation of the composure is accomplished among other things if supported by the Electric Power Allowance Effort which meets certain requirements, and is able to provide services and or perform a job that is guaranteed by its flees;
., d. that in respect of such matters above and in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 15 of the Year 1985 of the Fame, it is considered necessary to regulate the Imperation of Power with Government Regulation;

.,, establish: REGULATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE EFFORTS OF THE POWER-SUPPORT.
BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
In the Regulation of this Government referred to in terms of popularity, electrical power, power supply, electrical power, and minister is as defined in Law No. 15 of the Year 1985 of the Fame.

(1) The Electric Power Allowance Organizer aims to:

ELECTRIC POWER SUPPORT
The First Part
Type and Allowance Efforts Permit

Section 3
Electric Power Support Efforts include:

Section 4
.,, (1) The Electric Power Allowance Effort is performed by an individual or business entity based on the Minister ' s permission.

.,, (3) The implementation of the further provisions of paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Minister.
Section 5
.,, (1) The permission as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) may be provided for one or more Types of Electrical Power Assistance Efforts as referred to in Article 3.
., (2) The permission as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) is provided in accordance with the Minister of Electric Power Effort, which is further established by the Minister.
The Second Part

Electric Power support
Section 6
.,, (1) the Attempted Labor permit permit is filed by the administrator or in writing of the company in writing to the Minister.
.,, (2) the request of permission as referred to in paragraph (1) is submitted by attaching at least:
., 1. The Establishment ' s acte, for the form of an enterprise entity;

3. The description of the company's administrator or corporate disclaimer.
.,, (3) The Minister gives a receipt of the proposed plea, after the plea as referred to in paragraph (2) is fully accepted.
Section 7
.,, (1) the Minister gives a decision on the request of a submitted permit the slowest within three months counts since the request was received in full.
.,, (2) the Minister grants consent for a submitted request, if the company submitting a request meets the requirements:
., a., a. Have sufficient working capital, according to its type and its type;

BAB III
OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ELECTRIC POWER SUPPORT-PERMIT HOLDER
Section 9
.,, (1) the permit holder reports on a regular basis regarding its efforts activities to the Minister.
.,, (2) any further provisions regarding the delivery of the report as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Minister.
Section 10
.,, (1) the Licensee is responsible for the implementation of the Electric Power Support Business.
.,, (2) In the event of a loss due to the work done in the order of the Electric Power Allowance, the permit holder is required to indemnate.
BAB IV
PERMISSION REVOCATION
Section 11
(1) Permission may be revoked in the event:
., a., a. the permit holder does not meet the provisions in Section 2 of the paragraph (2); or
., b. the permit holder shall no longer meet the requirements as referred to in Section 7 of the paragraph (2), including the requirements specified further by the Minister; or
.,, c. Licensee ' s license does not deliver the periodic report as referred to in section 9 of the paragraph (1).
.,, (2) The revocation as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed after the permit holder is granted a warning.
.,, (3) The order of the awarding of the warning as referred to in paragraph (2), is further set by the Minister.
BAB V
COACHING AND SUPERVISION
Section 12
The minister conducts coaching on the Electric Power Effort in the form of counseling, guidance and training.
Section 13
.,, (1) In conducting coaching as referred to in Article 12, the minister specified:
., a., a. the implementation guidelines in the field of public work safety and safety;
B. Engineering guidelines and the development of the Electric Power Effort.

THE TRANSITION PROVISION
Section 16

Section 17
.,, (1) the Company which has obtained permission before the expiring of this Government Regulation, but no longer meets the requirements specified in this Government Regulation or its implementation regulations, is required to adjust within the term of 1 (one) the year count since the Rule of the Government is promultable.
.,, (2) Against the request for permission to be submitted before this Government Regulation applies, applicable provisions as referred to in this Government Regulation.
BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 18
This Government Regulation shall come into effect at a date of the invitation.

.,, the National Development aims to advance the general welfare and divorce the life of the nation to realize a fair and prosperous society that is equally materiel and spiritually based on Pancasila and the basic 1945 Act. One of the attempts to realize the national goal was the development of a landmark sector capable of supporting and promoting economic activity and activities among other productive sectors. In regards to this, in the field of fame it has been issued Law No. 15 of 1985 on the Employment and Regulation No. 10 of 1989 on the Supplies and Expediency Of Electricity.

Furthermore, under the provisions of Article 9 of the Law No. 15 Year 1985, the Electric Power Support Efforts need to be regulated by the Government Regulation.
