FARMA BECOMES A PERSEROAN COMPANY (PERSERO)
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the business management in the pharmaceutical area, then the general enterprises (PERUM) Indonesia Farma which was established with Government Regulation No. 20 of 1981 (State Sheet of 1981 Number 30, Additional State Sheet Number 3198) as amended by Government Regulation No. 36 Year 1984 (State Sheet of 1984 Number 53), it is necessary to redirect its form into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in the Act Number 9, 1969;
., b. that in connection with this, the diversion of the General Enterprise (PERUM) of Indonesia Farma becomes a Perseroan Company (PERSERO), needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DIVERSION OF THE FORM OF A GENERAL CORPORATION (PERUM) INDONESIA FARMA BECAME A COMPANY OF PERSEROAN (PERSERO).
BAB I
DIVERSION OF FORM AND DISSOLUTION
Section 1
.,, (1) The General Enterprise (PERUM) Indonesia Farma which was established with Government Regulation No. 36 of 1984 (State Sheet of 1984 Number 53) transferred its form to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in the Act of Number 9, 1969.
.,, (2) With the passage of the form of the General Enterprise (PERUM) Indonesia Farma became a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in paragraph (1), the General Company (PERUM) Indonesia Farma was declared dissolved at the time of the establishment of the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) provided that all rights and obligations, wealth and employees of the General Company (PERUM) of Indonesia Farma who existed at the time of its dissolution shifted to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO).
BAB II
INTENT AND PURPOSE
Section 2
The intent and purpose of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 is to host:
., a., a. A business in the field of pharmaceuticals in a sense that is broad-breadth in order to meet the general needs and to create benefits based on the company's management principles;
., b. Other efforts are made by the Government to support the activities referred to in the letter a.
BAB III
PERSERO CAPITAL
Section 3
.,, (1) The Modal Company Perseroan (PERSERO) placed and tuned at the time its founding came from the wealth of the State embedded in the General Company (PERUM) of Indonesia Farma and the Essencial Drug Plant Project Cibitung after its construction Done.
.,, (2) The value of the Country ' s wealth as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Finance based on the results of a joint calculation by the Treasury and Health Department.
., (3) other provisions of the Perseroan Company ' s (PERSERO) application are set up in its Basic Budget, including the provisions regarding the base capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) which is divided over the shares in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation. The Government Number 12 Year 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
.,, (4) The opening Neraca Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) is set by the Minister of Finance.
BAB IV
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PERSERO ESTABLISHMENT
Section 4
The implementation of the establishment of the Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended by the last of the Act. Number 4 of 1971 with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended with the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
.,, (1) The completion of the establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 4 is felt to the Minister of Finance.
.,, (2) the Minister of Finance may submit the power as referred to in paragraph (1) with the accompanying substitution right to the Minister of Health provided that the Basic Budget Plan of the Company (PERSERO) must have a prior consent. from the Minister of Finance.
BAB V
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 6
Since the establishment of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) and dissolved General Enterprise (PERUM) Indonesia Farma, Government Regulation No. 36 of 1984 is declared no longer valid.
Section 7
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Government Regulation governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Health, both collectively and individually as per their respective fields of duty.
Section 8
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
