Section 10
., (1) The provisions of the implementation of this Act are governed by the Minister of the Interior under applicable laws.
.,, (2) Everything in relation to and as a result of the establishment of 6 (six) Subdistrict as referred to in this Government Regulation is governed by the Governor of the Head of the Eastern Java I Level in accordance with the laws of the East Java. and by taking into account the financial capabilities of the Central Government and/or the East Java Level I Local Government.
Section 11
Any provision in the laws governing the establishment and change of the subdistrict limits in the area of the East Java Area that is not in accordance with the provisions of this Government Regulation is declared to be not applicable.
Section 12
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
