.,, weighed: a. That in order to smooth the flow of consumer goods and protection, and to create a healthier business competition, it needs to be given a greater opportunity to the Foreign Capital Cultivation Company in the Production Field. in order of the Act No. 1 of 1967 to be able to channel its own production results in Indonesia;
., b. that it needs to be done to the Government Regulation No. 35 of 1996 on the Changes to Government Regulation No. 36 of 1977 on the Termination of Foreign Business Activities in the Trade Fields as amended. with Government Regulation No. 19 of 1988;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law No. 1 of 1967 on Cultivation Of Foreign Capital (State Sheet Number 1 Of 1967, Additional State Sheet Number 2818) as amended by Law Number 11 of the Year 1970 (State Sheet of 1970 Number 46, Supplement State Sheet Number 2943);
., 3. Government Regulation Number 35 of 1996 on Change of Government Regulation No. 36 Year 1977 on Termination of Foreign Business Activities In Trade Fields as amended by Government Regulation No. 19 of 1988;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE CHANGES TO THE GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 36 OF 1977 ON THE TERMINATION OF FOREIGN BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN THE FIELD OF TRADE AS IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL TIMES AMENDED LAST WITH GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 35 1996.
Section 1
Changing the provisions of the Government Regulation Number 35 of 1996 on the Change of Government Regulation Number 36 of 1977 On Termination Of Foreign Business Activities In The Field Of Trade As Amended By Government Regulation Number 19 1988, as follows:
., 1. The provisions of Article 3 of the paragraph (2) of the letter are changed, so that it reads as follows:

(2) A. Sales of its own production results:

.,, 1) as a Distributor/Great Merchant (Wholesaler) in the entire region of Indonesia; or
.,, 2) by appointing a Foreign Capital Planting Company specifically established for it and/or the Indonesian Law Board which is not in order to Cultivation Foreign Capital in the whole of Indonesia as a Distributor/Great Merchant (Wholesaler); or
.,, 3) by designating the Indonesian Law Board of Indonesia which is not in the framework of Foreign Capital Cultivation in all of Indonesia as a Distributor/Great Merchant (Wholesaler) and/or Retailers. "
., 2. The provisions of Section 3 are amended by adding a new paragraph (4) and a new paragraph (5), which reads as follows:

.,, (4) Counted on January 1, 2003 Foreign Capital Planting Company in Production Field can perform the sale of its output goods to the end consumer through a Foreign Capital Planting Company specifically established for it, or with designate the Indonesian Law Board which is not in the framework of Foreign Capital Cultivation in the entire Indonesian region.
.,, (5) the violation of trade activities as referred to in this Government Regulation may result in the revocation of the Attempted Permit in accordance with the applicable laws. "

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

UMUM
., in order to attract foreign investors to further expand investment, encourage activities and expand opportunities and jobs, over technology, consumer protection as well as create a growing competition of businesses, then to the Foreign Capital Plant in Production is given the ease of being able to do its own production of goods by itself or designating other Companies including Foreign Capital Planting Companies as Distributor (Wholesaler). The sale of the output of the Company's Foreign Capital Cultivation in the field of direct production to the consumer, carried out through the Home National Corporation as a Retailers.
.,,, starting January 1, 2003 Foreign Capital Planting Company in Production Field, can sell its own output products as Retailers or designate other companies including Foreign Capital Cultivation.
