Section 13
(1) BAPETEN chief is the office of the eselon He.

THE FINANCING

Section 15

BAB VI
THE EXPERT COMMISSION

RADIATION HAZARD ALLOWANCE

Section 18
.,, (1) The improvement of the radiation hazard as referred to in Article 17, is given on the basis of the level of risk of the radiation hazard received by the Civil Servants Concerned in the exercise of its duties.
.,, (2) The radiation hazard allowance of radiation, the layout, the designation and the calculation of the risk level of radiation hazard are set by the Presidential Decree.

ORGANIZATION

The First Part
Organizational Structure

Section 4
The BAPETEN Organization framework consists of:

The Deputy Nuclear Safety Assessment

Section 6
The Deputy Nuclear Safety Assessment is the acting element of the task and function of BAPETEN which is below and is directly responsible to the Chief of BAPETEN.

Section 7
Deputy Nuclear Safety Review has a duty to assist Chief BAPETEN in implementing nuclear safety regulations, nuclear reactor safety studies, radiation safety studies and nuclear materials, and regulatory enforcement. nuclear safety.

Section 8
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 7, the Deputy Nuclear Safety Review is organizing a function:
a. the formulation of wisdom in the field of supervision of nuclear power utilization;

The Fourth Part
Deputy Perizinan and Inspection

Section 9
The Deputy Perizinan and Inspection are the executor elements of the duties and functions of BAPETEN which are below and are directly responsible to the BAPETEN Chief.

Section 10
Deputy Perizinan and Inspection have the duty to assist Chief BAPETEN in carrying out coaching and hosting and inspection of the construction and operation of nuclear installations, radiation source facilities and nuclear materials, as well as Nuclear preparedness.

Section 11
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 10, Deputy Licensing and Inspection organizes function:
., a., a. coaching, hosting, and evaluation of the licensing of the construction and operation of radiation source facilities and nuclear materials;
., b. coaching, hosting, and evaluation of development licensing and operation of nuclear installations;
., c. coaching and hosting the construction inspection and operation of nuclear installations and radiation source facilities as well as the development of nuclear preparedness;
D. another task given by the Chief.

WORK LAYOUT

Section 12
.,, (1) All elements in the BAPETEN environment in performing their duties are required to apply the principle of integration koodination, and synchronize both in the BAPETEN environment alone or in relation to other installations for the unity of motion according to Duty and function.
