DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE HIGH SCHOOL OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION INSTITUTION.
Section 1
The Higher School of Administrative Sciences of the State Administration in the Presidential Decree is abbreviated STIALAN is the College of Kedinasan based in Jakarta, Bandung and the End of the andang.
Section 2
STIALAN is led by the Chair who is seated below and is directly responsible to the Head of the State Administration Agency.
Section 3
STIALAN has the task of organizing an academic and professional education program in the field of Administrative Sciences for civil servants.
Section 4
The STIALAN organization consists of:
a. Lead Element: Chairman and Associate Chair;
B. Senate STIALAN;
., c. Academic Managing Element: Major, Research Center and Engagement to the community, the laboratory/studio and the lecturers group;
., d. Administrative Managing Element: Part E.
f. Other elements that are considered necessary.
Section 5
The STIALAN academic technical coaching is exercised by the Minister of Education and Culture, and functional coaching is exercised by the Head of State Administration Agencies in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 6
The details of the tasks, functions, organizational arrangements and STIALAN workouts are set by the Head of the State Administration Institution after receiving consideration of the Minister of Education and Culture and the written consent of the Minister in charge of the the field of the country ' s apparatus of apparatus.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
