INTO THE SHARE CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY ' S COMPANY

.,, weighed: a. that to further enhance and develop the business activities of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Amarta Karya, it is seen as necessary to expand the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Amarta Works;
., b. that the State's wealth sourced from the State Department of Public Works ' Revenue and Shopping Department of the Public Works Department of the Year 1969/1970 up to the 1991/1992 Budget Year was a partial piece of equipment for construction activities, parts and scrap metal which is currently in the management of the Department of Public Works, may be designated as the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the shares of Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) PT Amarta Karya;
.,, c. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, set out with the Government Regulation;

BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Amarta Karya, which was established with Government Regulation No. 56 of the year 1970.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Amarta Karya as referred to in Article 1 of the construction equipment, the parts and iron of its former existence comes from the Revenue Budget and State Shopping Public Works Department of the Year 1969/1970 up to the 1991/1992 Budget Year.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of a State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1), amounting to Rp885,500,541.00 (eight hundred and eighty five million five hundred thousand five hundred and five hundred thousand one rupiah) with as attached.
BAB II
IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of Act No. 1 of 1995, with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 50 of 1998 and Other applicable laws.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Finance Minister.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
