.,, weighed: a. that with increasing population and volume of governance and development activities in the area of Level II Kendari, Kolaka, and Buton Region in the region of Southeast Sulawesi I Province, thus to streamline The execution of service tasks in the field of governance and development and improving services to the public, is seen as needing to form a new subdistrict in the Region of the County of the Area II
., b. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 of the Law No. 5 of the Year 1974 on the subject of the Government of the Regions, the formation of the District must be established with the Government Regulation

Section 1
.,, (1) Shaping the District of Kolono in the region of the Kendari Level II County District, which covers the region:
., a., a. Kolono solubility;
B. Village of paddies;
C. Wawoosu Village;
D. Village of Mataiwoi;
e. The village of Waworano;
f. Village of Puupi;
G. Awunio Village;
h. Village of Ulusena Jaya;
i. Maletumbu Village;
J. Village of Wheels;
No, Village of Lamholes;
I. Village Grew-Tumbu Jaya;
M. Village Ngapawali;
N. Home Village-Rumba;
O. The village of Amolengu.
(2) (2) The district of Kolono as referred to in verse (1), was originally part of Lainea District.
(3) With the form of Kolono, the district of Lainea is reduced by the district of Kolono as it is in verse (1).
.,, (4) The Kolono District Governance Centre as referred to in verse (1), is in the Kolono Kelurahan.

.,, (1) Shaping the District of Batuwhite in the Region II Kolaka Area District, which covers the region:

h. Tolala Village;

(2), (2) The district of Batuwhite as referred to in verse (1), it was originally part of Pakue District.
(3) With the shape of a white Batuwhite district, the district of Pakue is reduced to the district of Batuwhite as it is in verse (1).
.,, (4) The Centre of the Subdistrict of Batuwhite District as referred to in verse (1), is in the white Stone Celity.
Section 3
.,, (1) Shaping District Rarowatu in the Region II Buton County District, which covers the region:
., a., a. The village of Taubonto;
B. Rarowatu Village;
C. Ladompi Village;
D. Lakomea Village;
e. Pangkuri Village;
f. Wumbubangka village;
G. Huglass Village;
h. Lambakasi Village;
i. Lantari Village;
J. The village of Aneka Clan.
(2) The district of Rarowatu as referred to in verse (1), it was originally part of the District of Rumbia.
(3) In the form of Rarowatu Subdistrict, the district of Rumbia is reduced to the district of Rarowatu as it is referred to in verse (1).
.,, (4) The Rarowatu District Governance Centre as referred to in paragraph (1), is in Taubonto Village.
Section 4
The boundaries of the sub-sub-district are referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1), Section 2 of the paragraph (1), and Article 3 of the paragraph (1) is poured in a map which is an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.
Section 5
Exchange, merge, elimination of name changes and limits of the village/Kelurahan in the districts specified in this Government Regulation as long as it does not result in changes to the boundaries of the District, set by the Governor of the Head of the Regions Level I of Southeast Sulawesi in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 6
.,, (1) The provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of the Interior under applicable laws.
.,, (2) Everything in relation to and as a result of the creation of 3 (three) Subdistrict as referred to in this Regulation is governed by the Governor of the Regional Level I of Southeast Sulawesi in accordance with the laws of the applies and by taking into account the financial capabilities of the Central Government and or the Southeast Sulawesi Region Level I Government.
Section 7
Any provision in the laws governing the formation and change of the subdistrict within the region of the Southeast Sulawesi region that is not in accordance with the provisions of this Government Regulation is stated does not apply.
Section 8
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
