INTERJUDICIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that as a follow-up to the People's Consultative Assembly Act of the Republic of Indonesia No. X/MPR/1998 in particular Chapter II C and Chapter IV B. 2 C it is necessary to be reconvened on the executive, legislative and judicial functions as appropriate. Applicable laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia;

.,, Set: The President 's Decision on the Integrated Working Team of the Implementation of the Consultative Assembly of the People' s Republic of Indonesia number x/mpr/1998 relates to the resolute separation between the judicial functions of the executive.
Section 1
Forming an Integrated Working Team the Implementation of the People's Consultative Assembly Council Indonesia Number X/MPR/1998 relates to the Decisive Separation Between Judicial Functions of the Next Executive in this Presidential Decree. is called the Integrated Working Team.
Section 2
The Integrated Work Team is below and is responsible to the President.
Section 3
Integrated Working Team has the task of assisting the President in performing the study of functions and identification of the consequences of the separation of executive, legislative, and judicial functions under applicable law.
Section 4
In performing the tasks referred to in Section 3, the Integrated Working Team organizes the function:
., a., a. identification of executive, legislative, and judicial functions according to the laws of the State of the State and the Law of the State Administration;
B. identification of international conventions on
"independence of yudiciary";
c. implementation of elaboration of the study of appeals;
., d. identification of the consequences or implications (predication) of the separation of executive, legislative, and judicial functions on the enforcement of Indonesian law/implementation of laws;
., e. implementation of consultation with Government bodies and the Supreme/High Institution with regard to executive, legislative, and judicial functions;
f. reporting the results of the task execution to the President.

Section 6
To the Integrated Work Team is secondhand a Secretariat that is functionally exercised by one of the working units in the environment of the Minister of State Coordinating Field of Development Monitoring and the State of Personnel Workforce.
Section 7
.,, (1) The Integrated Working Team began to work on carrying out the task and function since it was established this Presidential Decree and ended its term on 31 May 1999.
.,, (2) the Coordinating Minister of State for Development and Development of the State of Personnel as the Chairman of the Integrated Working Team reports the results of the tasks and functions of the Integrated Working Team after the end of its term.
Section 8
All things and/or costs required in the implementation of the Integrated Work Team task are charged on the budget of the Minister of State Coordinating Field on Development and Personnel Stakeholders.
Section 9
The details of the task, function and work of the Integrated Working Team are further set up by the Coordinating Minister of State for the Development Oversight and State Personnel as the Chairman of the Integrated Working Team.
Section 10
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
