AWARDING THE PRIZE MONEY ON THE CHAIRMAN ' S WORK ACHIEVEMENT,
DEPUTY CHAIRMAN AND MEMBER OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA PERIOD 1997/2002
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that under the MPR-RI Decree Number XIV/MPR/1998, the term of the DPR-RI member period 1997/2002 will end on 24 August 1999 so that the term of Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the DPR-RI Period 1997/2002 is less than 5 (five) years;
., b. that despite the tenure of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the DPR-RI period 1997/2002 only lasted for less than 2 (two) years, but the performance of the officials of the State was highly rated in carrying out his duties in particular. carrying out the MPR-RI decrees and the Government Agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) relating to the creation of various laws in line with the reform agenda;
., c., that with consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b above, it is deemed necessary to provide the prize money for the achievement of such work by the Presidential Decree;
.,, Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON AWARDING THE PRIZE MONEY OVER THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE CHAIRMAN' S WORK, THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN AND A MEMBER OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PEOPLE ' S REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA PERIOD 1997/2002.
FIRST:
To the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the DPR-RI period 1997/2002 was awarded the prize money for a work achievement of Rp150.000.00 (one hundred and fifty million rupiah) per person.
BOTH:
The Chairman's Retirement Right, Vice Chairman and Member of the DPR-RI period 1997/2002 is set according to the calculation of the actual term in accordance with Law Number 12 of the Year 1980.
THIRD:
The prize money as referred to in the first dictum was paid at the end of the term of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the DPR-RI period 1997/2002.
FOURTH:
The further provisions are necessary in order for the implementation of this Presidential Decree, governed by the Minister of Finance.
KELIMA:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
