ABOUT
THE FORMATION OF BOALEMO COUNTY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that while the development and progress of the North Sulawesi Province in general and Gorontalo Regency in particular and the presence of aspirations developed in society, it is seen that it is necessary to improve the governance, execution of development, and correctional coaching to ensure the development and progress in the future;
., b. that in regards to the above and regard to the development of population, area, economic potential, social cultural, social politics, and the increasing burden of duty and volume of work in the areas of governance, development, and the education in Gorontalo Regency, is seen needing to form Boalemo County as a Gorontalo district intern;
., c. that the formation of Boalemo County will be able to foster improvement of services in the areas of governance, development, and society, as well as providing the ability in the utilization of the Regional potential to organize Regional Autonomy;
., d. that in accordance with the items a, b, and c as well as under the provisions of Act No. 22 of 1999 concerning the Local Government, the establishment of Boalemo Regency should be set by an invitation;

Establish: LEGISLATION ON THE FORMATION OF BOALEMO COUNTY.
BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
In this Act referred to:
., a., a. The area is an Autonomous Region as referred to in Article 1 of the letter i Act No. 22 of 1999 on the Local Government;
., b. Gorontalo is an Autonomous Region as referred to in Law Number 29 of 1959 on the Formation of Level II regions in Sulawesi;
., c. The Province of North Sulawesi is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Law Number 13 of 1964 on the Decree of Government Regulation Substitute Law Number 2 of 1964 on the Establishment of the Central and Regional Parts of Sulawesi Level I Southeast Sulawesi by changing Law No. 47 PRP of the Year 1960 on the Establishment of the North-Central Sulawesi Region and the South South-Southeast Area I (State Sheet of the 1964 Number 7) became the Act.
BAB II
THE ESTABLISHMENT, THE BOUNDARY OF THE REGION, AND THE CAPITAL
Section 2
With this Act formed Boalemo County in the North Sulawesi Province of Propinsi.
Section 3
Boalemo County comes from a portion of Gorontalo County, which consists of territory:
a. Paguyaman Subdistrict;
B. Tilamuta Subdistrict;
C. Paguat Subdistrict;
D. Marisa Subdistrict; and
e. The District of Popayato.
Section 4
With the formation of Boalemo Regency, as referred to in Article 2 of the Gorontalo Regency region is reduced with the Boalemo County region, as referred to in Article 3.
Section 5
(1) Boalemo County has a region boundary:

., a., a. north with the District of Samalantan, Gorontalo Regency and Central Sulawesi Province;
B. the east with Boliyohuto Subdistrict, Gorontalo County;
c. south of the Gulf of Tomini; and
D. West with the Central Sulawesi province.
.,, (2) The boundary of the region as referred to in paragraph (1) is poured in a map that is an inseparable part of this Act.
.,, (3) The determination of the boundary of the Boalemo County region is definitively in the field, as referred to in paragraph (1), set by the Minister of the Interior.
Section 6
.,, (1) With the form of Boalemo Regency, as referred to in Section 2, and has territory, as referred to in Article 3, the Boalemo County Government is required to establish the Boalemo County District Room, in accordance with the regulations It's

Section 7
The capital of Boalemo Regency is based in Tilamuta.
Section 8
No later than five years from the inauguration of Boalemo Regency, the seat of the capital is moved to Marisa.

REGION AUTHORITY
