Back COUNTRY SHEET Republic of INDONESIA No. 133, 1999 (explanation in an additional Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3869) GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 71 in 1999 ABOUT the TRANSFER of the REGIONAL CAPITAL of DONGGALA TOWN AREA FROM the HAMMER to the TERRITORY of the TOWN of DONGGALA BANAWA SUBDISTRICT AREA PRESIDENT REPUBLIC of INDONESIA DONGGALA,.,, Considering: a. that in order to improve dayaguna and hasilguna holding of Government as well as regional development , then the position of the Centre of local governance Donggala is seen necessary for the regional area of the town was transferred from the hammer to a more appropriate location in the region of Donggala Area;
.,, b. that the town of Donggala District in the region of Banawa Donggala Area seen is eligible to be used as the location for the new capital of Donggala;
.,, c. that in accordance with article 5 paragraph (3) of Act No. 22 of 1999 on local government, then transfer the regional capital of Donggala Town Area of Palu Subdistrict Banawa Donggala Areas need to be established by regulation of the Government;
.,, Considering: 1. Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of 1945;
., ,2. Act No. 29 of 1959 concerning the establishment of areas of Central Sulawesi regencies (State Gazette Number 74 in 1959, an additional Sheet country number 1822);
., ,3. Act No. 22 of 1999 on local governance (State Gazette Number 60 in 1999, an additional Sheet country number 3839);
DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the TRANSFER of the REGIONAL CAPITAL of DONGGALA TOWN AREA FROM the HAMMER to the TERRITORY of the TOWN of DONGGALA BANAWA SUBDISTRICT AREA of DONGGALA.
Section 1.,, (1) the regional capital of Donggala moved his seat from the region-place Area of the city to the town of Donggala Hammers Sub regional Banawa Donggala.
.,, (2) the regional capital of Donggala is the seat of the Regional Government Center Donggala. (3) Sub Kingdom referred to in subsection (1) include the following:.,, a. Wards of Labuhan Bajo;

b. Boya Village;

c. Maleni Wards;

d. Large Kabonga Village;

e. Small Kabonga Village;

f. Village of Tanjung Batu;

g. Bale Mountain Village;

h. Neighborhood Change;

i. Boneoge Wards;

j. Limboro Village;

k. Towale Village;

b. Salubomba Village;

m. Kola kola-Village;

n. Village Lumbodolo.
Article 2, (1) the territory of the town of Donggala Banawa Subdistrict had boundaries as follows:.,, a. North bordering the Strait, Macassar;

b. the East borders Gulf of Hammer;., c., to the South it borders the village of Tosale, village of Powelua, and the village of Lole Tasiburi; d. West is bounded by the Strait of Makassar.
.,, (2) borders the town of Donggala Banawa Subdistrict referred to in subsection (1) are reflected on the map attached as part an integral part of this Regulation.
Section 3.,, (1) the financing necessary for the transfer of the capital of Donggala Area referred to in article 1 paragraph (1) is charged to the budget of income and Expenditure Area Donggala and its implementation is done in stages in accordance with the financial capability of the region.
.,, (2) the matters arising from and related to the implementation of the provisions referred to in article 1 paragraph (1), all concerning instances of Vertical set more by the Minister who oversees the Vertical Institutions concerned.
Article 4 technical Provisions necessary in the framework of implementation of this Regulation, the regulated further by the Minister of the Interior in accordance with the legislation in force.

Article 5 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.

General. ,, a. Hand motion with the pace of development at this time, the area of Donggala grow and develop quickly both physical, economy, social, cultural as well as population.

Development in the area of Donggala needs to continue to be spurred by growing the economy centers throughout the region.
.,, b. development progress in the area of Donggala needs to be balanced with spatial arrangements, especially for Government Center area/regional capital of Donggala. One of the efforts made is to move the capital of Donggala as the center of the entire activity of governance and development that still is in the area of the town of Palu. In line with the foregoing and in accordance with the discretion of national development, in the framework of equitable development and a balance between regions, then Capital/seat of Government the Donggala Area currently domiciled in the City of Palu Area needs to be moved to a more appropriate location in the city area of Donggala.
.,, c. Banawa Subdistrict in the region the area of Donggala is seen eligible to become the regional capital of Donggala. With the founding of the town of Donggala became the location of the new Capital is expected to gradually encourage the attainment of a balance of development between different regions in the area of Donggala.

The transfer of the capital of Donggala Region region region of the town of Palu to the town of Donggala Banawa subdistrict of Donggala Area basically has gotten approval from the DPRD Simalungun Regency, as set out in the decision of REGIONAL District Regencies Donggala Number KPTS. 25/Pem. 1/3/24/DPRGR-67 dated February 13, 1967, about the capital of Donggala Regency Regencies Enacted was moved to the town of Donggala Regency and DPRD Memorandum Regencies Donggala number 16 of 1995 about the transfer of the capital of Donggala Regency Regencies From the town of Palu to the town of Donggala.
