PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a.  That in order to increase the dayaguna and the hasiluse of the government and the construction of the Regions, then the seat of the municipal government of Donggala Regency is seen as necessary to be moved from the area of the City of Palu to a more location. right in the area of Donggala County;
., b. that the City of Donggala in the area of the Banawa Regency area of Donggala Regency is seen as eligible to be made a new Capital location for the District of Donggala Regency;
., c. that pursuant to the provisions of Article 5 paragraph (3) of the Law No. 22 Year 1999 concerning the Local Government, then the transfer of the Capital of Donggala Regency from the area of Kota Palu District of Banawa District of Donggala Regency needs to be specified with the Government Regulation;

., 2. Law Number 29 of 1959 on the Establishment of the Second Level II Sulawesi region (State Gazette 1959 number 74, Additional Gazette number of 1822);
., 3. Law Number 22 Year 1999 on Regional Governance (State Sheet 1999 Number 60, Additional Gazette State Number 3839);

DECIDED:

.,, establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE TRANSFER OF CAPITAL OF DISTRICT DONGGALA REGION FROM THE AREA OF THE HAMMER CITY AREA TO THE AREA OF KOTA DONGGALA DISTRICT BANAWA DISTRICT DONGGALA AREA.

Section 1
.,, (1) The Regional Capital of Donggala County was moved its second place from the area of Palu City area to the area of Donggala District of Banawa district of Donggala Regency.
.,, (2) The capital of Donggala County District is the seat of the administrative center of Donggala County.
(3) The Greater Subdistrict as referred to in paragraph (1) includes:
., a., a. Kelurahan Labuhan Bajo;
B. Boya solubility;
C. Maleni solubility;
D. Large Kabonga solubility;
e. Small Kabonga solubility;
f. The Cape of the Rock;
G. Mount Bale solubility;
h. Change solubility;
i. Boneoge solubility;

M. The village of Kola-kola;
N. The village of Lumbodolo.

Section 2
.,, (1) The City of Donggala District Banawa District has its boundaries as follows:
., a., a. the north is bordered by the Strait of Makassar;
B. the east is bordered by the Gulf of Palu;
.,, c. south of the border with Tosale Village, Powelua Village, and Lole Village Tasiburi;
D. The west is bordered by the Strait of Makassar.
.,, (2) The Limits of the City of Banawa District as referred to in paragraph (1) are illustrated on the map as attached which becomes an inseparable part of this Government Regulation.

Section 3
.,, (1) The financing required for the transfer of the Municipal Capital of Donggala as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is charged to the Revenue and Shopping Budget of the District of Donggala and its implementation is done in stages in accordance with the Regional Financial Skills.
.,, (2) the things arising out of and relating to the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1), as long as it concerns the Vertical Instance is further regulated by the Minister who oversees the Vertical Instance of the concerned.

Section 4
The technical provisions required in order to conduct this Government Regulation, set further by the Minister of the Interior pursuant to the applicable law.

Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

I. UMUM

., a., a. As a rhythm to the current pace of development, Donggala Regency is grown and rapidly develops both the physical, economic, social, cultural and population numbers.
The development of development in the area of Donggala Regency needs to continue to be encouraged by growing the economic centers across the region.
., b. Development development in the area of Donggala Regency needs to be offset by setting the area of the region in particular for the administrative/capital city of Donggala District. One of the efforts undertaken was to move the capital of Donggala Regency as the center of all government and development activities still in the area of the City of Palu. In line with this and in accordance with the wisdom of the National Development, in order to establish the development and balance between regions, then the Capital/Central Government of Donggala District, which currently resides in the City of Palu, is now in the area of the National Development Centre. needs to be moved to a more appropriate location in the Donggala County District area.
., c. The district of Banawa in the area of Donggala Regency is seen as eligible to become the new Capital District of Donggala County. With the construction of Donggala City being the location of the new Capital, it is expected to gradually drive the balance of development between regions in the Donggala Regency.
., d. The transfer of the Municipal Capital Region of Donggala from the area of Kota Palu to Donggala District Banawa District of Donggala district has essentially obtained approval from the DPRD Simalungun Regency as set out in Decree DPRD Section II Regional Regency Donggala Number KPTS.25/Pem.1/3/24/DPRGR-67 dated 13 March 1967 on Capital of Regional Regency Donggala Diundledge is transferred to Donggala City and Memorandum of DPRD Regional Regency Donggala Number 16 1995 about the Beauty of the Capital Region II of Donggala.
