.,,, Mention: that to implement the provisions of Article 10 of the Law No. 28 Year 1999 on the Clean and Free State of Corruption, Kolusi, and Nepotism need to establish a Presidential Decision on the Establishment of the Commission Country Organizing Wealth Management

., 2. Act No. 28 of 1999 on the Organizing of Clean and Free State of Corruption, Colusions, and Nepotism (State Sheet 1999 Number 75, Additional State Sheet Number 3851);

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A STATE ORGANIZER' S WEALTH INSPECTOR COMMISSION.

BAB I
THE TASK AND FUNCTION

Section 1
The State Alignment-Examiners Commission, which is subsequently called the Commission of Inquiry, is an independent agency that is in the exercise of duty and function free of executive, legislative, and judicial power influence.

Section 2
The Examining Commission has a function of preventing the practice of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the holding of the country.

BAB II
THE SEAT PLACE

Section 3
(1) The Commission of Inquiry is based in the country capital of the Republic of Indonesia.
.,, (2) The work area of the Coroner ' s Commission covers the entire state of the Republic of Indonesia.

Section 4
If required in any capital city of the province can be set up by the Torturers Commission in the Region.

BAB III
ORGANIZATION ARRANGEMENT

.,, (1) The Examiner ' s Commission consists of members who come from elements of Government and community elements.
.,, (2) The number of members of the Government element and the element of society is divided in a balanced way.

Section 6
The Inspector's Commission is composed of a Member of the Member, 4 (four) the Vice Chairman's deputy, and at least 20 (twenty) members of the Member.

Section 7
The Chairman of the Examiners Commission acted as the Sub-Commission Coordinator.

Section 8
The Deputy Chairman of the Examiners Commission acts as the Chair of the Sub Commission in accordance with its expertise.

Section 9
.,, (1) The membership of the membership as referred to in Article 6 is divided in 4 (four) Sub Commission.
.,, (2) The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Examiner Commission are selected by and from the Members based on the mufakat deliberations.
(3) The Four Sub-Commission as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
., a., a. Executive SubCommission;
B. The Legislative SubCommission;
C. The Yudikative SubCommission; and
D. The Sub-Commission Of The State-Owned Agency/State Owned Agency.
.,, (4) Each of the Members of the Sub Commission as referred to in verse (3) is appointed according to its expertise and works collegial.
.,, (5) In carrying out the duties of the Examiner Commission assisted by the Jendaral Secretariat.

The Second Part
Task Sharing

Section 10
Chairman of the Inspector Commission on duty:
., a., a. represents the Commission on Torture in conjunction with government agencies and private institutions;
., b. prepare a common policy regarding the State Organizing wealth inspection;
., c. fostering cooperation, both with government agencies and private institutions and with overseas parties relating to the examination of the Country ' s Organizing wealth;
., d. enhance the ability of the Torture Commission to be more professional, useful, and successful;
., e. examine the wealth of State Organizers as a Member of the Torture Commission; and
., f. Resolve the differences of opinion that occur in both the internal subcommittee and the Sub Commission on the basis of the request of the Chairman of the Sub Commission.

Section 11
.,, (1) The Vice Chairman of the Examtored Commission is an element led by the Sub Commission in charge of administratively to the Chairman.
(2) The Vice Chairman of the Examiner ' s Commission has the task of assisting the Chair in regards to:

., a., a. lead the tasks of the task and function of the Commission of Torture in accordance with its expertise;
B. establish a technical policy operational implementation of the Examiner Commission;
.,, c. fostering and coordinating the execution of inspection operational tasks; and
D. Did another task that the Chairman set out.
.,, (3) The Vice Chairman of the Commission of Inquiry examines the wealth of the State Organizers as a Member of the Torture Commission.

Section 12
Member of the Examiners Commission has the duties and authority as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (2) of the Law No. 28 of 1999 on the Clean and Free State Organizing of Corruption, Collution, and Nepotism.

Section 13
The Executive SubCommission conducts an examination of the Country Organizing wealth that organizes state duties in the field of government.

Section 14
The Legislative Subcommissioning conducts an examination of the State Organizers which organizes state duties in the legislature, both as a Member of the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Propinsi People's Representative Council, as well as the Legislative Assembly. The District/City Regional People ' s Representative Council.

Section 15
The Yudikative SubCommission conducts checks on the wealth of state officials who host state duties in the judiciary, either as Supreme Judge, High Judge, and Judge.

Section 16
SubCommission of the State-owned Enterprises Agency or the Regional Proprietary Entity conducts checks on the Board of Directors and the State-owned Enterprises Board Commissioners or the Regional-owned Enterprises Agency.

BAB IV
GENERAL SECRETARIAT

Section 17
(1) The General Secretariat serves to assist the task of the Examiner Commission.
.,, (2) The General Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1) is headed by a Secretary General.
(3) The Secretary General is responsible to the President.
.,, (4) The Secretary General has a helpful task in the field of administrative services for the agility of the Commission on the task of the Examtorer Commission.
.,, (5) In carrying out the duties as referred to in paragraph (4), the Secretary General organizes the function:
.,
., a., a. Coordinating, synchronizing and integrating activities of the Commission on the Torture Commission;
B. Drafting of the Torture Commission plan and program;
.,, c. co-ordinates cooperation with government agencies and private institutions related to both within the country and abroad;
D. The coordination of the report is composed; and
e. The execution of another task that the Chairman has assigned to the task force.

Section 18
The organization and the work of the General Secretariat as referred to in Article 17 is set with the Presidential Decree.

CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 19
The decision of this President m ulai was valid on 20 November 1999.
