Back COUNTRY SHEET Republic of INDONESIA No. 130, 1999 DECISION of the PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 81 of 1999 regarding the ESTABLISHMENT of the COMMISSION INSPECTORS WEALTH STATE PRESIDENT of ORGANIZER,.,, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 10 Act No. 28 of 1999 regarding the Organization of a country that is clean and free from corruption, collusion, and Nepotism have to establish the Presidential Decree on the establishment of the Commission Inspectors Wealth Organizers State;
.,, Considering: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of 1945;
., ,2. Act No. 28 of 1999 about the organizers of a country that is clean and free from corruption, collusion, and Nepotism (State Gazette Number 75 in 1999, an additional Sheet country number 3851);
DECIDED:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL DECREE on the ESTABLISHMENT of the COMMISSION INSPECTORS WEALTH STATE ORGANIZERS.
CHAPTER I article 1 DUTIES and FUNCTIONS of Commission Inspectors Wealth 56th State, hereinafter called the Commission, Examiners are independent institutions in the implementation of tasks and functions free from the influence of the powers of the Executive, legislative, and judicial.

Article 2 the Commission Inspectors have the function of preventing the practice of corruption, collusion, and nepotism in the country.

CHAPTER II the SEAT of article 3 (1) of the Commission Inspectors based in the capital of the Republic of Indonesia.
.,, (2) the Commission Inspectors working area covers the entire territory of the Republic of Indonesia.

CHAPTER III ORGANIZATION Considered article 5 Organization Section.,, (1) the Commission of Examiners consisting of members of the Government and society.

Article 9.,, (1) the order of membership referred to in article 6 is divided into four (4) Sub commissions.
.,, (2) the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Commission Inspectors are elected by and from the members of the Council on the basis of consensus. (3) four of the Sub Commission referred to in subsection (1) consists of:.,, a. Sub Executive Committee;

b. the Sub Commission of the legislature;

c. Judicial Commission Sub; and d. the Sub Commission of State-owned enterprises/business entity belonging to the area.
.,, (4) each Member of the Sub Commission referred to in paragraph (3) was made in accordance with its expertise and collegial work.
.,, (5) in exercising its task the Commission Inspectors are assisted by the Secretariat of Jendaral.
The second part of article 10 Duty Chairman of the Commission Inspectors on duty:.,, a. represents Commission Examiner in conjunction with government agencies and private institutions;
.,, b. preparing public policies regarding the examination of the wealth of the country Organizers;
.,, c. foster cooperation, both by government agencies and private institutions as well as with foreign parties with regard to the examination of the wealth of the country Organizers;
.,, d. improve the ability of the Commission Inspectors to be more professional, Sepik, and managed to;

Section 11.,, (1) the Deputy Chairman of the Commission Inspectors are elements of the leadership of the Sub Commission which is accountable administratively to the head. (2) the Deputy Chairman of the Commission Inspectors have the task of assisting the Chairman in terms of:.,,.,, a. lead pelakssanaan the duties and functions of Commission Inspectors in accordance with its expertise; b. set the operational implementation of technical policy Commission Examiner;., c. foster and coordinate the implementation of the operational tasks of the inspection; and d. doing other tasks that are assigned to the Chairman.
.,, (3) the Deputy Chairman of the Commission Inspectors examine the wealth of the countries members of the Commission as the organizer of the examiner.
Article 12 Commission members the examiner has duties and powers referred to in article 17 paragraph (2) of Act No. 28 of 1999 about the organizers of a country that is clean and free from corruption, collusion, and Nepotism.

Article 13 Sub Executive Committee performs the examination of the wealth of the country which hosts the Organizers task State in the field of governance.

Article 14 Sub Komisii Legislative checks against the organizers of the State that hosts the task State in the legislative field, either as a member of the people's Consultative Assembly, the House of representatives, the House of representatives, as well as Representatives of regional district/city.

Article 15 the judicial conduct Commission Sub examination of the wealth of State officials who organized a task of the country in the field of the judiciary, both as Chief Justice, judge high, as well as judges.

Article 16 Sub Commission of State-owned enterprises or business entity belonging to the area of checks against the directors and Commissioners of State-owned enterprises or business entity belonging to the area.

CHAPTER IV GENERAL SECRETARIAT article 17 (1) of the Secretariat General of the Commission Inspectors help function.
.,, (2) the Secretariat-General referred to in subsection (1) is led by a Secretary General. (3) the Secretary General is responsible to the President.
.,, (4) the Secretary General has the task of assisting in the field of administrative service to smooth the task pelakssanaan the Commission Inspectors.
.,, (5) in carrying out the tasks referred to in paragraph (4), the Secretary General of the organizing function:.,,., pengkoordinasian, a., pengsinkronisasian, and integrating the activities of the Commission Inspectors; b. the preparation of plans and programmes of work of the Commission Inspectors;.,, c. pengkoordinasian cooperation with government agencies and private institutions associated both domestically and abroad; d. pengkoordinasian report preparation; and e. implementation of other tasks that are assigned to the Chairman in accordance with the field of duty.
Article 18 of the Organization and the work of the Secretariat-General referred to in article 17 established by presidential decree.

Chapter V CLOSING PROVISIONS article 19 Decision this President m s of force on 20 November 1999.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of Presidential Decree this with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
