ART AND CULTURAL UTILIZATION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that art and culture are a great capital for the development of the development of the nation, whose use it is to improve the welfare of the people;

., c. that in connection with that above, is seen needing to establish the President ' s Decision on the Harvesting Of Arts and Culture;

DECIDED:
., SETTING: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE UTILIZATION OF ART AND CULTURE.
Section 1
The use of art and culture aims to enhance the development efforts of severity in order to improve the welfare of society.
Section 2
The use of art and culture is exercised by and becomes the responsibility of the Government both the Centre and the Regions and/or society.
Section 3
.,, (1) Art and cultural expediency are exercised by displaying and marketing potential arts and culture.
.,, (2) The implementation of the art and culture utilization as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out in and outside the country of the Republic of Indonesia.
.,, (3) The exercise of the use of art and culture as referred to in verse (1) and verse (2) is done with regard to the image of the art and culture of the harkat and the dignity of the nation.
Section 4
.,, (1) The performance of art and culture in the framework of the implementation of the utilization as referred to in Article 3 of the verse (1) is done through the activities of performances and exhibition of art and culture.
.,, (2) the activities of the performance and exhibition of art and culture as referred to in paragraph (1) outside the country of the Republic of Indonesia are conducted on the basis of the Government ' s consent in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 5
.,, (1) the art and culture marketing in order to exercise the utilization as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) is performed through the generally applicable marketing activities.
.,, (2) The art and cultural objects displayed through exhibition activities outside the country of the Republic of Indonesia can be marketed except for cultural reserve objects in accordance with applicable laws of law.
Section 6
.,, (1) To carry out the use of arts and culture can be carried out packaging activities and/or promotion of the arts and culture in question.
.,, (2) The promotion activities as referred to in paragraph (1) its implementation can be done in one unit with the activities of art marketing and culture.

Section 7
(1) Implementation of art and culture utilization is done with support:

Section 8
In addition to providing support for the arts and culture as referred to in Article 7, the Regional Government conducts coaching on the implementation of its regional arts and cultural utilization in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws. />
Section 9
.,, (1) The implementation and control of art and culture utilization is coordinated by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture with regard to the advice and consideration of related Ministers.
.,, (2) The Coordination by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture as referred to paragraph (1) includes the drafting of the wisdom and utilization program of art and culture.
., (3) In coordinating the drafting of the wisdom and program as referred to in verse (2) the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture can include the society of the arts and culture professions and community organizations that move in the arts. And culture.
.,, (4) The implementation of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) is further regulated by the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Section 10
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
