BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. Civil servants are the civil servants as referred to in Law No. 8 of the Year 1974 on the subject matter of employment as amended under the Law No. 43 of 1999.

BAB III
APPOINTMENT, REMOVAL, AND DISMISSAL
IN AND OF THE STRUCTURAL OFFICE

Section 4

Section 5

Section 6

Section 11
The assessment provisions regarding the appointment, removal, and dismissal in and of the structural office are set further by the Presidential Decree.

BAB IV
CIVIL SERVANT CAREER PATTERN

Section 12

BAB V
ASSESSMENT AND APPOINTMENT CONSIDERATIONS
IN OFFICE

Section 13

STRUCTURAL OFFICE ALLOWANCES

Section 17

BAB VIII
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 19

CLOSING PROVISIONS

The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation, set further by the Head of the State Governing Body.

Section 23
With the enactment of this Government Regulation, then Government Regulation No. 15 of 1994 on the Appointment of civil servants in the structural office (1994 state Gazette number 21, additional state sheet number 3546), as it has been two changed, last with Government Regulation No. 67 of 1998 (State Sheet of 1998 number 124, Extra State Sheet Number 3775), stated does not apply.

This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
