CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this regulation, the definition of:.,, 1. Area Representatives hereafter referred to PARLIAMENT is the legislature of the province, district, Region and city. 2. The leadership of the PARLIAMENT is the Chairman and Deputy-Vice Chairman.
., ,3. Members of PARLIAMENT are those who established the membership as a member of PARLIAMENT and has been oath/promise based on the provisions of the legislation.
., ,4. The Secretariat of the PARLIAMENT is a LEGISLATIVE device that assists the DPRD in organizing tasks and those powers.
., ,5. The Secretary of the PARLIAMENT is a PARLIAMENT Secretariat led the Officials to be appointed by the regional Head of the civil servants who are eligible, upon the approval of the leadership of the PARLIAMENT and in the exercise of his duties were under the leadership of and responsible to PARLIAMENT.

., 13. Income Improvement allowance is money that is given to the leadership and members of PARLIAMENT to increase earnings.
CHAPTER II FINANCIAL LEADERSHIP and MEMBERS of the first part of a steady income article 2 Income Remained President and member of the PARLIAMENT consists of: a. money Representation;

e. Special Allowances;

Article 7 the leadership and members of PARLIAMENT are given Special Allowances.

Article 8 Chairman and member of PARLIAMENT given the magnitude of the Earnings Improvement Allowance equal to the provisions that apply to civil servants.

The third part of welfare Allowances article 10.,, (1) for the maintenance of health and medicine, to the President and members of PARLIAMENT are given Health Benefits.

CHAPTER III Article 15 FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT based on the guidelines set forth in this Regulation, the Chairman of PARLIAMENT and Secretary of LEGISLATIVE drafting of LEGISLATIVE Budget Plan.

CHAPTER IV CLOSING PROVISIONS article 19, problems arising in the implementation of this Regulation, facilitated by the Minister of Home Affairs and Regional Autonomy for the province and the Governor as the representative of the Government for the area of Kabupaten/Kota.
