., 3. Government Regulation No. 32 of 1979 on the Dismissal Of Civil Servants (state Gazette 1979 Number 47, Additional Gazette Number 3149) as amended by Government Regulation No. 1 Year 1994 (State Sheet of the Year of the State of the Year) 1994 Number 1);
., 4. Presidential Decree No. 64 of 1992 on Retirement Age Extension For Civil Servants Occupying The Office Of Librarians;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 1992 PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE EXTENSION OF THE RETIREMENT AGE LIMIT FOR CIVIL SERVANTS WHO OCCUPIED THE OFFICE OF LIBRARIAN.
Section 1
Changing the provisions of Article 1 of the Presidential Decree No. 64 of 1992 on the Retirement Age Limit For Civil Servants Occupying The Post Of Librarian, thus the whole reads as follows:
" Article 1
Civil servant who was appointed and fully assigned to the Office of Functional Libraries, the retirement age limit is set as follows:
., 1. It was extended to the age of 65 (sixty-five) years for the main Librarian.
2. Extended up to age 60 (sixty) years for:
., a., a. Madya Librarian;
B. Young Librarian;
C. Assistant Librarian Madya. "
Section II
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
