.,, SET: LEGISLATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE LAW NUMBER 55 OF 1999 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE LANDAK COUNTY.

Section 1
The provisions of Article 12 of the Law No. 55 of 1999 on the Establishment of the Landak County (State Sheet of 1999 Number 183, Additional Gazette Number 3904) are changed so that it reads as follows:

.,, (1) With the formation of Landak County, the charging of the Landak County Regional Representative Council membership for the first time is done in a way:

.,, (3) With the contents of the membership of the Regional Representative Council of Landak County, the number of members of the House of Representatives of the District of Pontianak County did not change until the formation of the Regional People's Representative Council next general election results.
.,, (4) Members of the House of Representatives of the District of Pontianak, whose membership represents the districts entering in Landak County, have themselves become members of the Landak County District People's Representative Council.

I. UMUM

.,, in Law Number 55 of 1999 on the Establishment of the Landak County has been determined that the hosting of local elections is held no later than one year since the inauguration of the autonomous region for membership in membership. The Regional Representative Council of Landak County.
., for the success of hosting a direct, public, free, secret, honest, fair, and civilized local election, a number of requirements, such as area device readiness, support facilities, adequate financing, and The formation of the General Election Supervising Committee.
