.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE SECOND CHANGE IN GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 98 OF 1999 ON THE TRANSFER OF OFFICE, DUTY, AND AUTHORITY OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE AS A GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS (RUPS) OR SHAREHOLDERS IN THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) AND LIMITED LIABILITY ARE PARTIALLY OWNED BY THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TO THE STATE MINISTER OF CAPITAL PLANTING AND THE COACHING OF THE STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISE AGENCY.

The provisions of Article 1 in Government Regulation No. 98 of 1999 on Failover, Duty and the Authority of the Minister of Finance as General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) or Shareholders In Perseroan Company (PERSERO) and the Limited Perseroan The Majority Of The Shares Are Owned By The Republic Of Indonesia To The Minister Of State, Converted on verses (2) and plus 1 (one) verse (3), so that the entirety of Article 1 reads as follows:

., (1) the Occupation, duty and authority of the Finance Minister representing the Government as the Shareholder or the Ra [at General Shareholders (RUPS) in the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as set in Government Regulation No. 98 of 1998 on The Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) and Limited Perseroan which is partially owned by the State of the Republic of Indonesia, is transferred to the Minister of State Cultivation Of Capital and Development Of The State-owned Venture Agency.
