NATIONAL SPACE ALIGNMENT COORDINATION
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

., b. that for the task as intended on the letter a, it has been formed by the National Space Board Coordination Board (BKTRN) through Presidential Decree Number 75 of 1993 which in its development needs to be made changes with respect to the effort Increased coordination and performance performance that must be adjusted to the associated Department/Instance functions;
., c. that in connection with it, is seen needing to change the Presidential Decree Number 75 of 1993 on the Coordination of National spatial management;

DECIDED:
., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON COORDINATING THE STRUCTURING OF NATIONAL SPACES.
Section 1
Appointed Coordinating Minister of State for Economic, Financial and Industrial Affairs as the Minister in charge of coordinating the arrangement of the space as referred to in Article 29 of the Law Number 24 of 1992 on the Alignment of the Space.
Section 2
The coordination of the spatial arrangement as referred to in Article 1 is organized in a body called the National Space Coordination Board.
Section 3
The membership arrangement of the National Order Coordination Board as referred to in Article 2 consists of:
Chairman: Coordinating Minister of State for Economic, Financial and Industrial Affairs;
Deputy Chairman: Minister of Settlement and Region Settlements;
Member: 1) Minister of the Interior;
.,, 2) Defence Minister;
3) Agriculture Minister;
4) Minister of State of Public Works;
5) Minister of the State of the Environment;
6) Minister of the Regional Autonomy State;
7) Head of the National Pertanate Agency;
Secretary: Head of the National Building Planning Agency (BAPPENAS).
Section 4
The National Space Governing Coordination Body has the following tasks:
., a., a. coordinate the implementation of the National Area Governance Plan integrated as the basis for the national area spatial development policy and the area outlined in the sector building and development programs in the area;
., b. formulate a policy and coordinate the handling and resolution of issues arising in the hosting of the spaces both at the national and regional level, and providing a briefing and the advice of the dismissal;
., c. coordinate the drafting of laws in the field of arrangement of space;
., d. To report the Law No. 24 of 1992 on the Governing Chamber and the drafting of its implementation regulations with the implementation of Law No. 22 of 1999 on the Local Government;
., e. (1) the following are the following: ():
., f. conducting the implementation of the National Area Governance Plan and utilizing those monitoring results for the refinement of the Tata Space Plan;
., g. Organizes room-based planning of the National Area System, the Propinsi Area Space Plan, the District/City District Plan for the development of the region;
h. developing and setting the spatial management procedures;
., i. Hosting and Development of the IBM Cloud Service is available under the terms of the IBM Cloud Service offering.

Section 5
For the performance of the implementation of the National Order Coordination Board, the Technical Team is assisted by the Technical Team with the membership arrangement consisting of:

3. The Secretary General of the Department of Defense;

. .5. Deputy Minister of State Public Works Prasarana and Means of Waking Area;
., 6. Deputy Minister of the Regional Autonomy Area of Government Management and Regional Development;
7. Deputy Minister of State of the Environment Management Environment Management Environment;
., 8. Deputy Minister of the State of the Environment for Social, Economic, and Trade Environment.
Section 6
In carrying out its duties, the Minister of Settlement and Region Development as Chairman of the Technical Team may form the Working Group to handle solving special issues.
Section 7
All costs for the execution of this space arrangement coordination task are charged to the State Development and Shopping Budget.
Section 8
With the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the 1993 Presidential Decree Number 75 of 1993 on the National Space Governance Coordination is declared to no longer apply.
Section 9
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
