.,, weighed: a. that to further enhance and develop the business activities of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Corporate Aviation Garuda Indonesia, it is seen as necessary to add the inclusion of Modal State of the Republic of Indonesia into the Modal stock of Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Indonesia Flight Company Garuda Indonesia;
., b. that the wealth of the Republic of Indonesia on loan to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Corporate Garuda Indonesia and used for the procurement of 2 (two) B-747/400 and 7 (seven) B-737/400 aircraft fruit, can be specified in addition to the inclusion of the State of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Companies Aviation Garuda Indonesia;

.,, Setting: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT OF AVIATION COMPANY GARUDA INDONESIA.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Garuda Indonesia Flight Company, which was established under Government Regulation No. 67 of 1971.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in Article 1 of the compensation of the State bill to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Companies Flight Garuda Indonesia based on Sub Loan Agreement Number SLA-757/DP 3/1994, in Procurement order 2 (two) B-747/400 and 7 (seven) B-737/400 aircraft.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of the State Capital as referred to in paragraph (1) of US$ 909.168,402.79 (nine hundred and nine million hundred and sixty-eight thousand American dollars seventy-nine cents) equivalents Rp2.149.274.104.195.56 (two trillion hundred and forty-nine billion two hundred and seventy-four million one hundred and forty thousand one hundred and fifty-six cents).

IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONS
CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Companies Flight Garuda Indonesia as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of Act No. 1 Year 1995 with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Parrules No. 12 of 1998 and Government Regulation No. 98 of 1999 as amended several times, last with Government Regulation No. 48 of 2000, as well as the other applicable laws.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Finance Minister.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
