FOR CIVIL SERVANTS, JUDGES AND STATE OFFICIALS
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: that in order to improve the quality, work achievement as well as to achieve its greater purpose and purpose, it is considered necessary to provide income improvement benefits for the Civil Servants, Judges and Officials Country with Government Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

., 3. Law No. 7 of 1978 on Financial/Administrative Rights of the President and Vice President as well as the Former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (State Sheet of 1978 Number 52, Additional Gazette number 3128);
., 4. Government Regulation No. 4 of 1966 on Temporary Stops/stops (State Gazette 1966 Number 7, Additional Gazette Number 2797);

Government Regulation No. 9 of 1980 on Financial Rights/Administrative Region Head of Regional and Former Head of Regions/Former Deputy Regional Head and Widows/Dudanya (1980 State Sheet Number 16, Additional Gazette State 3160) as has been last modified with Government Regulation Number 59 of the Year 2000 (State Sheet of 2000 Number 121);

Government Regulation No. 50 of 1980 on Financial/Administrative Rights Minister of State and the Former Minister of State as well as Widows/Dudanya (State Sheet of 1980 No. 78, Additional Gazette 3184) as has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 60 of 2000 (State Sheet of the Year 2000 Number 122);

Government Regulation No. 10 Year 1985 on Salaries Of The Highest/High Board employees of the State and Member of the State High Institution and the Honorary Money of the Member of the State (1985) as a result of several times modified last with Government Regulation No. 19 of 1993 (State Sheet of 1993 Number 25);

Government Regulation No. 11 Year 1985 on Financial/Administrative Rights Attorney General, Commander of the Armed Forces and Governor of the Bank of Indonesia (1985 State Sheet Number 17) as has been several times amended last with Regulation Government Number 20 Of 1993 (state Gazette 1993 No. 26);
., 11. Government Regulation No. 8 of the Year 2000 on the Rules of the General Judicial Judge, the Court of the State of the State and the Judiciary of Religion (State Sheet of 2000 Number 16);
., 12. Government Regulation Number 9 of the Year 2000 on the Principal Salary and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (State Sheet of 2000 Number 17);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON GRANTING INCOME IMPROVEMENT BENEFITS TO CIVIL SERVANTS, JUDGES AND STATE OFFICIALS.
Section 1
.,, (1) to Public Employees, Judges and State Officials are granted income repair benefits every month.
(2) Civil Servants as referred to in paragraph (1) are:

., a., a. Civil servants and prospective civil servants who were paid in accordance with the Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance, as it has been last modified by Government Regulation No. 6 of the Year 1997;
., b. The members of TNI/Polri were paid in accordance with Government Regulation No. 18 of 1977 on the Regulation of Gaji Member of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia as amended, last with Government Regulation No. 17 of 1997;
C. The monthly employee next to the pension is appointed by the President's decision.
., (3) The judge as referred to in verse (1) is the Judge salaried in accordance with the Government Regulation No. 8 of the Year 2000 on the Rules of the General Judicial Judge, the Courts of State Enterprises And The Justice Of Religion.
(4) State officials as referred to in paragraph (1) are:
., 1. President and Vice President;
2. Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People ' s Consultative Assembly;
3. Chairman, Vice Chairman and Members of the People's Representative Council;
4. Chairman, Vice Chairman and Member of the Financial Examiner Agency;
5. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Young Chairman, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court;
6. Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the Supreme Advisory Board;
., 7. The Minister includes the Attorney General and other officials whose position or appointment is at a level or equated with the Minister of State;
8. Governor and Deputy Governor of the Province of Propinsi;
., 9. Bupati/Mayor and Deputy Regent/Deputy Mayor of District/City District.
Section 2
(1) To Civil Servants given an income improvement allowance of the amount:

., a., a. 15% (fifteen percent) of income, counting from April 1998 to March 1999;
., b. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp155,250,00 (one hundred and fifty-five thousand two hundred and fifty rupiah), counting from April 1999 to March 2000;
., c. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp220,000.00 (two hundred and twenty thousand rupiah), counting from April 2000;
., d. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp285,000.00 (two hundred and eighty-five thousand rupiah), which began in October 2000.
.,, (2) To the judges of group III and IV granted income improvement benefits as large as:

., a., a. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp155,250,00 (one hundred and fifty-five thousand two hundred and fifty rupiah), counting from April 1999 to March 2000;
., b. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp220,000.00 (two hundred and twenty thousand rupiah), counting from April 2000;
., c. 15% (fifteen percent) of income plus Rp285,000.00 (two hundred and eighty-five thousand rupiah), which began in October 2000.
.,, (3) For the Judge under the gologan III paid in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 7 of 1977 on the Civil Servants Salary Ordinance as has been several times amended, last with Government Regulation Number 6 of 1997, The provision of the Cloud Service can be used as part of the Cloud Service for the Cloud Service.
