Back COUNTRY SHEET Republic of INDONESIA No. 149, 2000 GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 74 in 2000 ABOUT the AWARDING of ALIMONY INCOME IMPROVEMENTS for CIVIL SERVANTS, judges and OFFICIALS of the STATE PRESIDENT of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: that, in order to improve the quality of your work and achievements, in order to achieve effectiveness and results to the maximum, then the perceived need to provide alimony income improvements for civil servants, judges and State officials with government regulations;

., ,2. Act No. 8 of 1974 about Staffing issues (State Gazette Number 55 in 1974, an additional Sheet country number 3041) as amended by Act No. 43 of 1999 (the 1999 State Gazette Number 169, additional State Gazette Number 3890);
., ,3. Act No. 7 of 1978 on financial/Adminstrative President and Vice President as well as Former Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia (State Gazette Number 52 in 1978, an additional Sheet country number 3128);
., ,4. Government Regulation No. 4 in 1966 about the Dismissal/Termination of temporary civil servants (State Gazette number 7 in 1966, State Gazette Supplementary Number 2797);

DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ABOUT AWARDING ALIMONY INCOME IMPROVEMENTS for CIVIL SERVANTS, judges and STATE OFFICIALS.
Section 1.,, (1) To civil servants, judges and State officials awarded the repair allowance income every month. (2) civil servants referred to in subsection (1) is:.,,.,, a. civil servants and prospective civil servants who are hired in accordance with the Government Regulation number 7 in 1977 on the regulation of salaries of civil servants, as already amended several times with the Government Regulation number 6 in 1997;
.,, b. TNI/national police Members who are hired in accordance with the Government Regulation number 18 in 1977 on the regulation of salaries of Members of the armed forces of the Republic of Indonesia as it has been modified several times, the last with the Government Regulation number 17 in 1997; c. monthly Pension in addition to the Officer appointed by presidential decree.
.,, (3) a judge referred to in subsection (1) is the judge who are hired in accordance with Government Regulation No. 8 of 2000 concerning the regulation of Public Judicial Judge's salary, The State Judicial and religious courts. (4) the Officials referred to in subsection (1) is:.,, 1. President and Vice President;

2. The Chairman and Vice Chairman of the people's Consultative Assembly;

3. The Chairman, Deputy Chairman and members of the House of representatives;

4. The Chairman, Vice-chairman and members of the body of the Financial Examiner;

5. The Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman young, and members of the Supreme Court Justices;

6. The Chairman, Vice Chairman, and members of the Supreme Advisory Council;., .7. Ministers including the Attorney General and other Officials of his position or his appointment is a notch or synchronised with the Secretary of State; 8. the Governor and the Deputy Governor of the provincial Area;., .9. Regent/Mayor and Deputy Regent/Mayor's Deputy Head of Regional District/city.
Article 2 (1) To civil servants are given allowances for: earnings improvement.,,.,, a. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings, calculated from April 1998 until March 1999;
.,, b. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus Rp RP 155.250 (one hundred fifty-five thousand two hundred fifty rupiah), calculated from April 1999 until March 2000;
.,, c. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus Rp RP 220,000 (two hundred twenty thousand rupiahs), calculated from the month of April 2000;
.,, d. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus 285,000.00 Usd (two hundred eighty-five thousand rupiah), calculated from the month of October 2000.
.,, (2) to the Justice of the alimony awarded III and IV rate: earnings improvement.,,.,, a. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus Rp RP 155.250 (one hundred fifty-five thousand two hundred fifty rupiah), calculated from April 1999 until March 2000;
.,, b. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus Rp RP 220,000 (two hundred twenty thousand rupiahs), calculated from the month of April 2000;
.,, c. 15% (fifteen per cent) of earnings plus 285,000.00 Usd (two hundred eighty-five thousand rupiah), calculated from the month of October 2000.

.,, (4) to the Officials referred to in article 1 paragraph (4) is given by: earnings improvement allowance.,,.,, a. 10% (ten percent) of the revenue calculated from April 1995 until March 1996;
.,, b. 20% (twenty percent) of the revenue calculated from April 1996 until March 1998;
.,, c. 35% (thirty-five percent) of the revenue calculated from April 1998 until March 1999;
., d., 35% (thirty-five percent) of the revenue plus Rp RP 155.250 (one hundred fifty-five thousand two hundred fifty rupiah), calculated from April 1999 until March 2000;
.,, e. 35% (thirty-five percent) of the revenue plus Rp RP 220,000 (two hundred twenty thousand rupiahs), calculated from the month of April 2000;
., f., 35% (thirty-five percent) of the revenue plus 285,000.00 Usd (two hundred eighty-five thousand rupiah), calculated from the month of October 2000.
.,, (5) repair Allowance earnings referred to in subsection (4) the letter d for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman young, and justices of the Supreme Court Members were given until December 1999.
.,, (6) the earnings referred to in subsection (1), subsection (2), subsection (3), and subsection (4) composed of:.,, a. base salary;

b. allowances of the wife/husband; and c. the child support.
Section 3.,, (1) repair Allowance income for civil servants, judges and officials of the Countries referred to in article 2, together with the payment of salaries paid every month.
.,, (2) improvement of income Allowance as stipulated in article 2, rounded up into hundreds of dollars.
Article 4 the repair Allowance income referred to in article 2 paragraph (1), be given also to:.,, a. civil servants are dismissed while based on Government Regulation No. 4 in 1966 about the Dismissal/Termination of temporary civil servants; b. civil servants who receive money waiting.

Article 5 income improvement Allowance referred to in article 2 paragraph (1), not given to: a. public servants who live outside the State dependent on leave;.,, b. civil servants stationed abroad, who do not receive a salary/salary portions in rupiah.
Article 6 the provisions of the implementing Regulation is further defined by the Finance Minister, Interior Minister and head of Bkn, either collectively or individually according to the respective field of duty.

Article 7 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
