PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that as a result of the negotiations between the countries of Southeast Asia and Japan on December 28, 1967 and the last modified through a Protocol on January 13, 1968, in Bangkok, Thailand, it had received Agreement Establishing the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center with Protocol (Agreement of the Establishment of Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre and Protocol);
., b. that in respect of that, and in accordance with the Amanat of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council Number 2826 /HK/1960 dated 22 August 1960 on the Creation of agreements with Other States, it is considered necessary to passing the Agreement and the Protocol with the President's Decision;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ENACTMENT OF THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN FISHERIES DEVELOPMENT CENTER AS WELL AS THE PROTOCOL (AGREEMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SOUTHEAST ASIAN FISHERIES DEVELOPMENT CENTER AS WELL AS PROTOCOL).
Section 1
Establishing Agreement Establishing the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center as well as Protocol (the Treaty of the Establishment of the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Centre and Protocol), which has been accepted as a result of negotiations between countries. in Southeast Asia and Japan on December 28, 1967 and was last modified through a Protocol on January 13, 1968, in Bangkok, Thailand, whose copy of the original manuscript in English and translation in Indonesian as attached to this President ' s Decision.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the manuscript translation of the Agreement and the Protocol in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in effect. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
